What we already know about your sector

The problems only you have.

A generic janitorial checklist misses exactly what makes your space hard. These are the things we bring to the walkthrough already understood, before you have to explain them.

◆

On Percy Priest and Old Hickory the path up from the shore is a conveyor belt for sand from the swim beaches and lake mud: it comes off feet, towels and bags into the locker rooms, the showers and the dining fronts all day, and a vacuum pass at closing does not touch it.

◆

Glass and stainless rails facing the lake dry spotted from spray and rain, then take a coat of tree pollen from March through May — the view members pay dues for is the first thing that looks neglected.

◆

Sunscreen and tanning oil build an oily film on loungers, cabana furniture and pool-deck tile that a wet rag only spreads — and on tile that film is a slip complaint waiting for a member.

◆

Locker-room showers never fully dry between members: grout goes dark and benches smell mildewed fast, and that complaint reaches the membership director, not the housekeeping log.

◆

The off-season cadence does not survive the lake season — from May into September, cabana turnovers stack up, and crews have to be finished and gone before the 10am member wave, not working around it.

What is different in Nashville, Tennessee.

Conventions and music tourism fill Nashville's hotels. Downtown, the 2.1-million-square-foot Music City Center has hosted conventions since 2013, and Lower Broadway, the honky-tonk strip listed as a National Register historic district, mixes live-music bars with shops, restaurants and hotels. Gaylord Opryland is the other giant: 2,888 rooms around indoor garden atriums with thousands of plants and a quarter-mile indoor river, reopened in November 2010 after floodwater rose as high as 10 feet in parts of the hotel that May. Metro Public Health inspects every Davidson County hotel before it opens and makes surprise visits at least twice a year. Carpeted corridors, ballroom foyers and atrium walkways need extra moisture watch through humid summers.

What’s included

The scope we actually quote.

This is the starting point for the written scope of work. We tune it with you on the walkthrough — lines get added, removed, and given a frequency before you approve a price.

How a commercial contract works →

Proof, not promises

You know what got done, without walking the floor.

Hiring cleaning for beach clubs is the easy part. The problem shows up in month six, when the vendor starts skipping things and nobody finds out until someone notices. Most contracts run on trust and a signature on a logsheet.

We answer it with evidence. On eligible completed visits we send a CleanCheck report: that visit’s task-list status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes. It lands in your inbox and stays in the history, so the next time someone asks, you have the answer.

✓

The list, not a promise

The report shows the status of the tasks you approved in your scope of work — the same ones, visit after visit.

◉

Customer-safe photos

Images of the work, not of people or paperwork: you can forward the report to a board or a tenant without editing anything.

↺

A clear way to fix it

If something misses the standard, you point at that visit’s photo and we make it right — nobody has to rely on memory.

How commercial works

Walkthrough to report.

01

Walkthrough at no cost

Message us on WhatsApp, call, or text. We walk the space with you — square footage, layout, restrooms, floors, access rules, and the hours that work for your team.

02

Written quote in one business day

You get a scope of work and a price in writing — the task list, the frequency of each task, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you approve it, and the price you approve is the price you pay.

03

Recurring service with photo reports

We hold the schedule set in your walkthrough. After eligible completed visits you get a CleanCheck report: that visit’s checklist status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes.

04

Billed after each visit

You are invoiced after each completed visit, not for a prepaid term. That is why there is no long-term lock-in here — we earn the contract every visit.

We do not publish a price table for beach clubs: the number comes out of the walkthrough and arrives in writing, usually within one business day. That same scope of work is the starting point for a janitorial contract.

Common questions

What gets asked before signing.

?

Do you clean the kitchen or service the pool?

Neither, and a club GM should hear that from the vendor rather than find out later. We clean the front of house and the wet areas: dining and bar fronts, locker rooms and showers, cabañas, pool-deck surfaces and the furniture on them. The kitchen line and food-contact sanitation stay with your F&B team under their food-service inspections, and pool water chemistry and equipment stay with your pool vendor.

?

Can you handle the summer lake season and cabana turnovers?

That is the shape of the year we plan for. Crews come in early and finish before the 10am member wave, the cabana and pool-deck reset runs daily through the May-to-August peak when the lake club is full, and the cadence eases back as the season winds down in September. The seasonal schedule is set at the walkthrough, and we answer every day, 24 hours, when a regatta or member-event weekend needs it moved.

?

How is a beach club quoted?

By a walkthrough — locker-room and shower footage, cabana count, pool-deck area, dining and event spaces, and how far the cadence has to climb in high season set the price. You get the quote in writing, a COI within 2 business hours of asking, and no payment at booking.
