Who we are and what this covers
JAS Cleaning (“JAS Cleaning,” “we,” “us”) provides residential and commercial cleaning services across Miami-Dade and Broward, Florida. This policy covers jascleaning.com, our online quote and booking experience, our customer and cleaner portals, and the JAS Cleaning mobile apps for iOS and Android. A plain-language summary lives on our legal overview page; if the two ever differ, this policy governs.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a quote or book a clean we collect your name, email, phone number, service address and ZIP code, property details (like bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage), any notes you add, and photos you choose to upload so we can price accurately. If you create an account or message us, we keep those messages.
- Collected automatically. Basic device and browser information and how you use the site (pages visited, approximate region). Analytics runs only after you accept it in our cookie banner. If you arrive from an ad, we may capture the ad-click identifier (for example a Google click ID) to measure that our advertising works.
- From delivering the service. Appointment history and the before/after photos our cleaners take for your CleanCheck proof report.
- Payment. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We keep records of amounts and payment status, but full card numbers never touch our systems.
How we use your information
- To prepare your quote, confirm and deliver your booking, and verify you are in our service area.
- To send booking confirmations, reminders, receipts, and service updates by email or text.
- To document your clean with CleanCheck before/after proof photos.
- To process payment through our payment processor on the day of service.
- To improve our website, apps, and service quality.
- With your consent, to measure advertising — including sending privacy-protected (hashed) versions of your email or phone to Google so a completed booking can be matched to the ad that brought you. We never send your service address or photos to advertising platforms.
Photos
Photos you upload with a quote request are used to price and plan your clean. Before/after photos taken during service document the work for your CleanCheck report and quality control — they auto-delete after 90 days by default, and you can extend that or delete them sooner. We do not use photos of your home in marketing without asking you separately first.
Retention and security
We keep personal information while your account is active and as long as needed for bookings, receipts, tax, and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored in the United States, and access is limited to people who need it to serve you.
Your rights and choices
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. To delete your account and data, follow the steps on our account deletion page or email legal@jascleaning.com — we honor verified deletion requests within 30 days. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time — service messages about an active booking still go through. We never treat you differently for exercising these rights.
Mobile apps
- You can browse and request a booking as a guest — no account required.
- The cleaner app asks for camera access only to capture before/after CleanCheck photos of the work.
- Our apps contain no third-party advertising trackers.
- The apps periodically fetch an anonymous configuration file (app version and feature settings); that request carries no personal information.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email legal@jascleaning.com and we will delete it.
Changes and contact
