The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and JAS Cleaning (“JAS Cleaning,” “we,” “us”), a cleaning service operating across Miami-Dade and Broward, Florida. By using jascleaning.com, our mobile apps, or booking a clean, you agree to them. How we handle your information is covered by our Privacy Policy.
Quotes and booking
We price before you commit: you request a quote, see it, and then request a time. A booking is confirmed once we verify the payment method on file and confirm your slot — until then it is a request, and we will tell you either way. If a requested arrival window can no longer be honored, we will propose the nearest alternative before your appointment.
Quotes reflect what you told us about the property. If the scope on arrival is materially different (for example, additional rooms or heavy build-up), we will re-quote with you before doing extra work — never silently.
Pricing and payment
There is no payment at booking. Your card on file is charged on the day of service, through our payment processor, for the quoted amount plus any applicable taxes or re-quoted additions you approved. Receipts go to your email.
Cancellations and rescheduling
- Cancel or reschedule free up to 24 hours before your appointment.
- Inside 24 hours, a $25 cancellation fee applies.
- If our team arrives and cannot access the property (lockout, no arranged entry), the visit may be treated as a late cancellation.
- We may need to reschedule for weather, safety, or staffing reasons — we will tell you as soon as we know, and you never pay a fee for a reschedule we initiate.
The reclean guarantee
Every clean ends with a CleanCheck proof report. If something is not right, tap “Reclean” in your CleanCheck within 24 hours of completion and we return at no charge. No questions, no forms.
Recurring plans
Recurring plans renew automatically at your chosen frequency until you cancel — in your account, or by text or email. Each visit follows these same terms, including the cancellation window for individual visits.
Access and home conditions
You agree to provide reasonable access to the property (a code, key, smart-lock invite, or someone home). We reserve the right to refuse or stop service where conditions are unsafe for our team — such as mold, infestation, biohazards, or abusive behavior. If we stop early for safety, a partial refund applies for the unworked portion.
Photos and CleanCheck
You agree that our team photographs work areas before and after the clean to document the service in your CleanCheck report. Photos are handled as described in the Privacy Policy and are not used in marketing without your separate permission.
Our team and insurance
Every cleaner is background-checked, and we carry at least $2,000,000 in general liability coverage. A certificate of insurance is available on request — email bookings@jascleaning.com with “COI” in the subject line and the entity name.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in credentials to yourself — you are responsible for activity under your account. Do not misuse the site or apps: no unauthorized access, scraping, interference with service operation, or use of the platform for anything unlawful.
Damage claims and limits of liability
If something is damaged during a clean, tell us within 24 hours at bookings@jascleaning.com — damage is documented in your CleanCheck and resolved through our insurance. That is what it is for.
To the maximum extent Florida law allows: our services are provided with professional care but otherwise “as is”; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between us belongs in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Changes and contact
