What we already know about your sector

The problems only you have.

A generic janitorial checklist misses exactly what makes your space hard. These are the things we bring to the walkthrough already understood, before you have to explain them.

◆

Massage oil ends up everywhere — a regular mop just spreads the film across your floors until they turn slick and dull around every table.

◆

Face cradles and table vinyl absorb oil and lotion all day; by closing they need real sanitizing, not another quick wipe.

◆

Between clients you have minutes for fresh linens and a room reset — never enough for the buildup a full day of sessions leaves behind.

◆

Establishment inspections under the rules of the city massage-licensing office look at the sanitation of the whole premises, not just how your table is set up.

What is different in Phoenix, Arizona.

Tourism is Scottsdale's primary employer; in 2016 the city had more destination spas per capita than any other U.S. city, and in 2015 The Phoenician and the Fairmont Princess were among its four AAA Five-Diamond resorts. Across Arizona, salons and barbershops hold establishment licenses from the Arizona Barbering and Cosmetology Board, whose safety and sanitary rules apply the entire time a shop is operating, while state law expressly lets counties and cities regulate massage establishments. In practice that calls for floors, stations and restrooms that meet those rules every open hour, plus steady descaling wherever the valley's hard water spots shampoo bowls, pedicure basins and mirrors.

What’s included

The scope we actually quote.

This is the starting point for the written scope of work. We tune it with you on the walkthrough — lines get added, removed, and given a frequency before you approve a price.

How a commercial contract works →

Proof, not promises

You know what got done, without walking the floor.

Hiring cleaning for massage studios is the easy part. The problem shows up in month six, when the vendor starts skipping things and nobody finds out until someone notices. Most contracts run on trust and a signature on a logsheet.

We answer it with evidence. On eligible completed visits we send a CleanCheck report: that visit’s task-list status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes. It lands in your inbox and stays in the history, so the next time someone asks, you have the answer.

✓

The list, not a promise

The report shows the status of the tasks you approved in your scope of work — the same ones, visit after visit.

◉

Customer-safe photos

Images of the work, not of people or paperwork: you can forward the report to a board or a tenant without editing anything.

↺

A clear way to fix it

If something misses the standard, you point at that visit’s photo and we make it right — nobody has to rely on memory.

How commercial works

Walkthrough to report.

01

Walkthrough at no cost

Message us on WhatsApp, call, or text. We walk the space with you — square footage, layout, restrooms, floors, access rules, and the hours that work for your team.

02

Written quote in one business day

You get a scope of work and a price in writing — the task list, the frequency of each task, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you approve it, and the price you approve is the price you pay.

03

Recurring service with photo reports

We hold the schedule set in your walkthrough. After eligible completed visits you get a CleanCheck report: that visit’s checklist status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes.

04

Billed after each visit

You are invoiced after each completed visit, not for a prepaid term. That is why there is no long-term lock-in here — we earn the contract every visit.

We do not publish a price table for massage studios: the number comes out of the walkthrough and arrives in writing, usually within one business day. That same scope of work is the starting point for a janitorial contract.

Common questions

What gets asked before signing.

?

Do you sanitize tables and face cradles between clients?

Between-client turnover — fresh linens and the quick wipe your protocol requires — stays with your therapists, as the establishment rules set by the city massage-licensing office expect. We do the deep reset after hours: degreasing floors, sanitizing table vinyl and face cradles, restrooms, and the laundry area, so every morning starts clean.

?

Can you actually get massage oil off the floors?

Yes — that film needs a degreaser matched to your floor type, not more mopping, which only spreads it. We set the product and method at the walkthrough, and CleanCheck photo proof on eligible completed visits shows you the result.

?

How is a massage studio quoted?

By a short walkthrough — treatment-room count, floor types, showers and restrooms, laundry area, and cadence set the price. You get the quote in writing, a COI within 2 business hours of asking, and no payment at booking. We answer every day, 24 hours.
