What we already know about your sector

The problems only you have.

A generic janitorial checklist misses exactly what makes your space hard. These are the things we bring to the walkthrough already understood, before you have to explain them.

◆

Mandalay Bay Beach was filled with 2,700 tons of imported sand, and the rest of the Strip’s pool clubs track in wet feet and desert dust: all of it rides into locker rooms, showers and dining fronts all day, and a vacuum pass at closing does not touch it.

◆

Glass and stainless rails around the pools dry spotted: the valley’s water is rated very hard, and evaporating splash leaves a chalky film — the view guests book a cabana for is the first thing that looks neglected.

◆

Sunscreen and tanning oil build an oily film on loungers, cabana furniture and pool-deck tile that a wet rag only spreads — and on tile that film is a slip complaint waiting for a guest.

◆

Locker-room showers never fully dry, and very hard water leaves chalky build-up on glass and fixtures: grout goes dark, benches smell mildewed, and that complaint reaches the venue manager, not the housekeeping log.

◆

The winter cadence does not survive pool season — once the wave pool reopens, cabana, daybed and bungalow turnovers stack up, and crews have to be finished and gone before doors open, not working around guests.

Local conditions · Hospitality & Venues

What is different in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Hospitality is the valley's defining industry. The LVCVA counted 38.5 million visitors and about 150,000 hotel rooms in 2025, and many of the world's largest hotel-casino resorts line the Strip, which runs through unincorporated Paradise and Winchester rather than the city itself and which Clark County calls the Resort Corridor. The LVCVA-owned Las Vegas Convention Center is one of the largest in the world, and the destination drew six million convention attendees that year. Off the Strip, Station Casinos runs locals resorts such as Red Rock in Downtown Summerlin and Green Valley Ranch in Henderson, downtown has the Fremont Street Experience, and Lake Las Vegas has Westin and Hilton resorts. Lobby stone, carpet and entry glass take in desert dust all day.

What’s included

The scope we actually quote.

This is the starting point for the written scope of work. We tune it with you on the walkthrough — lines get added, removed, and given a frequency before you approve a price.

How a commercial contract works →

Proof, not promises

You know what got done, without walking the floor.

Hiring cleaning for beach clubs is the easy part. The problem shows up in month six, when the vendor starts skipping things and nobody finds out until someone notices. Most contracts run on trust and a signature on a logsheet.

We answer it with evidence. On eligible completed visits we send a CleanCheck report: that visit’s task-list status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes. It lands in your inbox and stays in the history, so the next time someone asks, you have the answer.

✓

The list, not a promise

The report shows the status of the tasks you approved in your scope of work — the same ones, visit after visit.

◉

Customer-safe photos

Images of the work, not of people or paperwork: you can forward the report to a board or a tenant without editing anything.

↺

A clear way to fix it

If something misses the standard, you point at that visit’s photo and we make it right — nobody has to rely on memory.

How commercial works

Walkthrough to report.

01

Walkthrough at no cost

Message us on WhatsApp, call, or text. We walk the space with you — square footage, layout, restrooms, floors, access rules, and the hours that work for your team.

02

Written quote in one business day

You get a scope of work and a price in writing — the task list, the frequency of each task, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you approve it, and the price you approve is the price you pay.

03

Recurring service with photo reports

We hold the schedule set in your walkthrough. After eligible completed visits you get a CleanCheck report: that visit’s checklist status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes.

04

Billed after each visit

You are invoiced after each completed visit, not for a prepaid term. That is why there is no long-term lock-in here — we earn the contract every visit.

We do not publish a price table for beach clubs: the number comes out of the walkthrough and arrives in writing, usually within one business day. That same scope of work is the starting point for a janitorial contract.

Common questions

What gets asked before signing.

?

Do you clean the kitchen or service the pool?

Neither, and a club GM should hear that from the vendor rather than find out later. We clean the front of house and the wet areas: dining and bar fronts, locker rooms and showers, cabañas, pool-deck surfaces and the furniture on them. The kitchen line and food-contact sanitation stay with your F&B team under their food-service inspections, and pool water chemistry and equipment stay with your pool vendor.

?

Can you handle pool season and cabana turnovers?

That is the shape of the year we plan for. Crews come in early and finish before doors open, the cabana and pool-deck reset runs daily through the summer pool season, and the cadence eases in the cooler months, when heated pools such as Moorea Beach Club’s and Tailgate Beach Club’s stay open. The seasonal schedule is set at the walkthrough, and we answer every day, 24 hours, when a DJ or game-day weekend needs it moved.

?

How is a beach club quoted?

By a walkthrough — locker-room and shower footage, cabana count, pool-deck area, dining and event spaces, and how far the cadence has to climb in high season set the price. You get the quote in writing, a COI within 2 business hours of asking, and no payment at booking.
