We do not publish a price table for tutoring centers: the number comes out of the walkthrough and arrives in writing, usually within one business day. That same scope of work is the starting point for a janitorial contract.

Can you clean after our last session ends at 9pm?
That window is the one we plan around. Crews come in after the final student leaves and reset the session rooms and lobby — so the space is ready when the after-school wave arrives the next day. Test-preparation centers often add a Friday-night visit so Saturday’s mock exam opens in a spotless room. We’re answered every day, 24 hours, when your schedule needs to move.
Do you clean our tablets and computers?
We clean the facility around them: desk surfaces, station touchpoints, and shared furniture, disinfected with EPA-registered products. The devices themselves — tablet screens, laptops, charging carts — stay with your staff, who know how each one should be handled. Same rule for whiteboards: whatever your tutors wrote stays on the board unless you ask us to erase it.

By a short walkthrough — session-room count, floor types, restrooms, and how late your schedule runs set the price. You get the quote in writing, a COI within 2 business hours of asking, and no payment at booking.
