Use the email or phone number on your account — that is how we verify it is really you. This works whether you created an account on the website, in our mobile apps, or booked as a guest without an account.

Prefer not to use the form? Reach us from the email address or phone number on your account:
- Email legal@jascleaning.com with the subject “Delete my account”, or
- Text or call (954) 378-8325 (10am–5pm ET) and ask for account deletion.
Either way we confirm receipt, verify the request, and complete the deletion within 30 days — you get a confirmation when it is done.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in access.
- Your profile and contact information (name, email, phone).
- Service addresses and property details.
- Photos tied to your quotes and bookings.
- Saved preferences and message history.
What we keep, and why
Records we are legally required to keep — like receipts and invoice records for completed services — are retained for tax and accounting obligations, but we de-identify them so they no longer point to you. Everything else goes. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
