Weekly, biweekly, or monthly maintenance on the evening shift so nobody works around a vacuum. Quiet equipment, fragrance-free supplies on request, and a checklist built per floor rather than one generic list for the whole building.
Buildings & common areas
Condo and HOA lobbies, corridors, stairwells, elevators, and shared restrooms on a recurring janitorial scope. Boards and property managers get a written task list with frequencies, so "is it being done?" has an answer instead of an argument.
Post-construction
Build-outs, remodels, and new construction taken from broom-swept to finished: fine dust off vents, tracks, fixtures, and cabinet interiors before the walkthrough, the photos, or the tenant. Bulk debris stays the contractor’s haul-away.
