Day spa cleaning that protects the calm you sell

Steam, sauna, wet rooms, and locker rooms handled before your first guest arrives — mildew controlled, linens staged, and never a machine running during a treatment.

What we already know about your sector

The problems only you have.

A generic janitorial checklist misses exactly what makes your space hard. These are the things we bring to the walkthrough already understood, before you have to explain them.

◆

Steam rooms and saunas stay wet by design, and a wet room turns into a mildew farm fast — guests smell a neglected wet area before they see it, and it undoes the serenity you charge for.

◆

Oils, scrubs, and body products leave shower and wet-room floors slick and drains slow — a slip in a robe and sandals is far worse than a bad review.

◆

A spa sells silence. A vacuum during a massage is unthinkable, so real cleaning has to happen before you open or after the last guest leaves.

◆

Robes, towels, and sheets pile up by the hour, and an inspection under the rules of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) expects your locker rooms to look the way your sanitation log says they do.

Local conditions · Beauty & Personal Care

What is different in Dallas & Fort Worth.

In Texas, one agency covers most of this family: the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation oversees barbering and cosmetology, massage therapy and laser hair removal. TDLR says its barbering and cosmetology rules focus on health, safety and sanitation, aiming to prevent cuts, burns, infections and the spread of contagious disease, and it inspects establishments and lists the most common code violations. A massage business needs its own establishment license, and those establishments are inspected too. Beauty and skincare tenants also sit inside luxury retail centers such as Highland Park Village, home to Bluemercury and Dr. Barbara Sturm. A cleaning scope written around TDLR's inspection guide keeps stations and treatment rooms ready for a visit.

What’s included

This is the starting point for the written scope of work. We tune it with you on the walkthrough — lines get added, removed, and given a frequency before you approve a price.

How a commercial contract works →

Proof, not promises

You know what got done, without walking the floor.

Hiring cleaning for spas is the easy part. The problem shows up in month six, when the vendor starts skipping things and nobody finds out until someone notices. Most contracts run on trust and a signature on a logsheet.

We answer it with evidence. On eligible completed visits we send a CleanCheck report: that visit’s task-list status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes. It lands in your inbox and stays in the history, so the next time someone asks, you have the answer.

✓

The list, not a promise

The report shows the status of the tasks you approved in your scope of work — the same ones, visit after visit.

◉

Customer-safe photos

Images of the work, not of people or paperwork: you can forward the report to a board or a tenant without editing anything.

↺

A clear way to fix it

If something misses the standard, you point at that visit’s photo and we make it right — nobody has to rely on memory.

How commercial works

Walkthrough to report.

01

Walkthrough at no cost

Message us on WhatsApp, call, or text. We walk the space with you — square footage, layout, restrooms, floors, access rules, and the hours that work for your team.

02

Written quote in one business day

You get a scope of work and a price in writing — the task list, the frequency of each task, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you approve it, and the price you approve is the price you pay.

03

Recurring service with photo reports

We hold the schedule set in your walkthrough. After eligible completed visits you get a CleanCheck report: that visit’s checklist status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes.

04

Billed after each visit

You are invoiced after each completed visit, not for a prepaid term. That is why there is no long-term lock-in here — we earn the contract every visit.

We do not publish a price table for spas: the number comes out of the walkthrough and arrives in writing, usually within one business day. That same scope of work is the starting point for a janitorial contract.

Common questions

What gets asked before signing.

?

Do you sanitize treatment implements or maintain the hot tub and plunge pool water?

No — and you want it that way. We clean the facility: steam and sauna surfaces, wet rooms, locker rooms, and treatment room floors. Disinfection of implements and table setup between guests stay with your licensed therapists and estheticians under the sanitation rules their licensing boards set, and water chemistry for hot tubs and plunge pools stays with your pool professional. Everyone keeps their lane.

?

Can you clean without breaking the quiet?

That is the whole point of how we schedule a spa: crews come pre-open or after your last appointment, anything with a motor finishes before the first guest arrives, and mid-day locker-room touch-ups are hand-work only. The cadence is set against your booking calendar during the walkthrough.

?

How is a day spa quoted?

By a short walkthrough — wet-area count, steam and sauna, locker rooms, linen volume, and cadence set the price. You get the quote in writing, a COI within 2 business hours of asking, and no payment at booking — and we answer every day, 24 hours.
