The numbers behind
the promise.
"Proof, not promise" cuts both ways — including for us. This page is our standing commitment: every quarter we publish the full operational record — cleans completed, recleans honored, disputes resolved, employee retention, and the things we got wrong. Before the first completed clean, the real counters are zeros and roster fields stay empty. We would rather show honest zeros than invented traction. No filter, no spin.
/api/public/site-content) and replace the zeros in place — no marketing rewrite in between. Until then, a zero here is a real zero.Cleaning quality.
CleanCheck service-recovery requests will be one of our most honest quality measures. Customers can send details within 24 hours of an eligible completed visit for review under the reclean guarantee. Our target is ≤2% — and once cleans begin, we publish the real rate, whatever it is.
Recleans honored
No cleans yet, so nothing to reclean. These counters go live with the first clean.
Disputes
A real dispute record needs real customers. From day one, every dispute and its resolution time lands here.
The people we work with.
Cleaning is a hands-on industry with notoriously high churn. Roster metrics publish only after real cleaner records exist — and we will not invent a team. When the first team is on payroll, this section reports how long people stay and how they are paid.
Team composition
Zero means zero: no roster records yet. Roster, language, background-check, and tenure stats publish when the first team is on payroll.
Pay + benefits
No payroll records yet — no pay stats to show. With our first hires we publish the numbers this industry keeps private: starting wage, average wage at six months, tips paid through, benefits enrollment, and paid time off actually used.
Customer + employee privacy.
We don't sell data. We're transparent about what we collect and how long we keep it.
Data requests
Real zeros — there are no customer accounts yet. Once there are, every request is counted here.
CleanCheck photos
No cleans, no photos — yet. The policy is already set: photos auto-delete after 90 days unless you extend or delete them sooner. Counts publish from the first CleanCheck report.
What we got wrong.
A transparency report that only lists wins is marketing. Every operational mistake we make will be published here — severity, time to resolve, root cause, what it cost, and what we changed.
Nothing to report — yet
Not because we are perfect — because this ledger opens with the first completed clean. The first real mistake gets written up in full. If this section is still empty after a couple of quarters of operations, that's your cue to email transparency@jascleaning.com and ask why.
How to verify.
