The JAS Cleaning app is how our customers across Miami-Dade book a house or office clean, choose an arrival window, follow the job on the day, and open the CleanCheck photo proof report on eligible completed visits. This page explains what the app does, how signing in works, and exactly what we receive if you sign in with Apple or Google.

Book a house or office clean
Choose the service — standard, deep, move-in/move-out, Airbnb turnover, or office — describe the property, and send the request. Nothing is charged at booking.
Choose an arrival window
You pick the arrival window that fits your day. A person at JAS confirms the exact time with you — nothing is auto-assigned behind your back.
Follow the job on the day
See where your booking stands without having to call and ask: the confirmation, any change to your arrival window, and word when the visit is finished.
Open your CleanCheck proof report
Eligible completed visits include a customer-safe CleanCheck report: before and after photos, checklist status, and the team’s notes. Read it in the app, or from the link we send you.
Save your addresses
Keep the homes and offices you book for, with their access notes and property details, so the next booking is a few taps instead of retyping everything.
Reschedule or cancel
Request a new time from the booking itself. Free up to 24 hours before the visit; inside 24 hours the $25 fee in our Terms applies. We never charge you for a reschedule we start.
Look back at past cleans
Every previous visit stays with its date, service, team notes, and CleanCheck report where one was issued.
Find your invoices
Billed after each completed visit — never at booking. Invoices are paid through a secure hosted payment link and stay in your history.
Use it in English or Spanish
The app, our teams, and this website are bilingual. Switch language whenever you like — nothing is a machine translation of an afterthought.
Three ways in. None of them is a password.
JAS Cleaning does not use passwords at all — there is none to forget, reuse, or leak. You can still book as a guest with no account; signing in is what makes your bookings, addresses, and CleanCheck reports follow you between your phone and this website.
What we do with your name and email
- To recognize your account. Your email address is your identity at JAS: it is what ties this sign-in to your bookings, your saved addresses, and your CleanCheck reports, on the phone and on the website.
- To write to you about your service. Confirmations, reminders, a change to your arrival window, your invoice, and your CleanCheck report when it is ready.
- To address you by name in those messages and in the app.
We never sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
One exception we would rather say out loud: if you accept analytics in our cookie banner, we send Google a privacy-protected (hashed) form of your name, email, or phone along with your ZIP code, so a completed booking can be matched to the ad that brought you. We never send your street address or your photos to advertising platforms, and you can decline and still book completely normally.
