How much notice do you need?+
Move-out dates cluster at the end of the month, so the last three days of a month book out first. Tell us your key-return date as soon as you have it, even if the time is not settled yet.
Is carpet shampooing included?+
No. Carpet extraction is a separate trade with separate equipment; we vacuum thoroughly and will tell you plainly if a carpet needs more than that before an inspection.
