What moves the price of a move-out clean.
Size sets the baseline. Every additional bedroom and bathroom adds cabinets, drawers, fixtures, and floor area to the 38-item list, which is why the table above scales by home size. Kitchens and bathrooms carry most of the work in any move-out — a two-bath unit is a meaningfully bigger job than a one-bath unit with the same footprint.
Condition matters as much as size. Years of kitchen grease, hard-water buildup on glass and tile, pet hair, or a unit that never had a professional clean during the lease all add hands-on time. A home that was cleaned regularly moves through the checklist noticeably faster than one getting its first serious clean since move-in day.
Access and extras round it out. An emptied unit cleans faster than a furnished one, and high-rise logistics — elevator reservations, loading docks, visitor parking — can shape how we schedule the visit. Optional add-ons like interior windows or a balcony scrub are chosen on the booking form, so the price reflects exactly what you selected.
A move-out clean that fits your building.
Move-out timing in Miami is building-specific. In Brickell and Miami Beach high-rises, most condo associations require a reserved freight elevator and a firm move-out window, so we schedule the clean for the gap between your movers leaving and your final walkthrough. Single-family rentals in Kendall and Westchester usually add a garage, a patio slider, and a lot more baseboard than a condo with the same bedroom count. In Doral, corporate leases often come with a formal inspection checklist we can clean against, and older houses in Coral Gables tend to need extra time on original tile and wood details. Tell us the building type when you book and we size the team accordingly.
Move-out questions, answered.
Will a move-out clean help me get my deposit back?+
It addresses the items landlords check most — the kitchen, the bathrooms, the inside of cabinets and appliances, and scuffed walls. Eligible completed visits include a CleanCheck photo report you can forward to your landlord at handoff, so the condition of the unit is documented room by room. The deposit decision itself always rests with your landlord.
Does the home need to be empty before the team arrives?+
Empty is best. With the unit cleared we can reach inside every cabinet and drawer, behind the appliances, and along every baseboard without working around boxes. If your movers finish in the morning, schedule the clean for after the last box is out and before your final walkthrough.
Do you clean inside the oven, fridge, and cabinets?+
Yes. The 38-item move-out checklist includes the inside of the oven and the refrigerator, the inside of every cabinet and drawer, the areas behind and beneath the appliances, and spot-cleaning of wall scuffs — the spots a landlord walkthrough goes straight to.
How far in advance should I book a move-out clean?+
Booking needs at least 24–48 hours of lead time, and end-of-month dates fill first because most leases turn over then. Book as soon as your move date and walkthrough are set — if plans shift, you can reschedule your visit.
How long does a move-out clean take?+
It depends on size and condition. A studio or one-bedroom typically takes a morning to an afternoon, while larger homes can run most of a day — the pricing table above lists typical durations by home size, handled by a 2–3 person team. Heavy buildup in the kitchen or bathrooms adds time.
Can you clean a unit that’s still furnished?+
Yes — we work around the furniture and clean everything that’s accessible. Interiors of cabinets and drawers, and the areas behind appliances, are included wherever they’re emptied and reachable. If you’re staying in the home rather than moving, a deep clean is usually the better fit.
Do you offer move-in cleaning too?+
Yes — the same 38-item checklist, scheduled between the previous occupant’s exit and your arrival, so cabinets, appliances, and bathrooms are clean before you unpack a single box. Choose move-in/out on the booking form and note your move-in date.
