A deep clean makes sense when…
First-time customers
It's been a while since the last professional clean. We reset the home so future biweekly visits stay efficient.
Seasonal reset
Spring + fall — Miami pollen, hurricane dust, holiday entertaining. Reset everything before guests arrive.
Big events ahead
Birthdays, anniversaries, photo shoots, in-laws visiting. A deep clean reads on camera; a standard clean doesn't.
By home size.
Final price comes from the booking form. Add-ons (inside fridge, balcony, laundry, etc.) are priced separately.
What moves your price.
The biggest driver is size: bedroom and bathroom count sets the baseline, because bathrooms and the kitchen are where most of the labor lives. A 3-bed 2-bath house in Westchester and a one-bedroom in Brickell need very different amounts of time, even on the identical checklist.
Condition matters on the first visit. If it's been months since the last professional clean, that first appointment runs longer — it's the reset that makes every visit after it faster. From there, frequency works in your favor: recurring HomeCare visits stay shorter because nothing has time to build up, which is why recurring plans are discounted compared to one-off visits.
Finally, the details of your home: pets that shed, add-ons like inside-the-oven or inside-the-fridge, and building logistics — gated communities, condo elevators, front-desk check-in — can add time. Tell us up front in your booking notes and your quote reflects reality, with no surprises at the door.
📍 Deep cleaning in these Miami neighborhoods
House cleaning that knows your neighborhood.
Recurring house cleaning looks a little different in every corner of Miami-Dade. In Westchester and Hialeah, you can book, message us, and read your CleanCheck report entirely in Spanish. In South Miami and Palmetto Bay, biweekly visits are typically larger single-family homes, where floors, patio doors, and ceiling fans carry most of the workload.
To the northwest, Miami Lakes and Kendall West are classic every-two-weeks territory — busy households that want to walk in on a Friday to a finished house. Wherever you live, it's the same 28-item checklist and the same customer-safe proof after eligible completed visits.
Recurring cleaning, answered.
Should I book weekly or every-two-weeks cleaning?+
Every two weeks is the rhythm most Miami homes settle into — enough to keep dust, floors, and bathrooms from ever getting ahead of you. Weekly makes sense for busy households, homes with pets or kids, or anyone who entertains often. Monthly works too, but each visit takes longer because more builds up between cleans.
Will I get the same cleaner every visit?+
We prioritize team continuity when availability allows, so a recurring home is usually served by cleaners who already know it. Every visit is fulfilled by JAS-supplied, background-checked cleaners working the same checklist, so quality doesn't ride on any one person.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or a vacuum?+
No — we bring everything, eco-friendly products by default and fragrance-free on request. If you'd rather we use a specific product or your own vacuum, leave a note on your booking and we'll follow it.
How does access work if I'm not home?+
Most recurring customers aren't home during the visit. You can leave a door code, a lockbox key, or a smart-lock invite, and in condo buildings you can register us with the front desk. Eligible completed visits include a CleanCheck report with customer-safe photo proof, so you can see the result before you're back.
Do you clean apartments and condos, or only houses?+
Both. We clean high-rise condos in Brickell and Miami Beach the same way we clean single-family homes in Kendall or Palmetto Bay — the same 28-item checklist, sized to your bedroom and bathroom count. For condo towers, just tell us at booking if there's an elevator reservation or front-desk check-in.
Can I pause, skip, or reschedule a visit?+
Yes. Travel, holidays, a house full of guests — tell us and we'll skip or move the visit. We ask for as much notice as you can give so we can offer that slot to another home, and your recurring schedule picks back up on the next visit.
How far in advance do I need to book?+
New bookings need 24–48 hours' lead time so we can confirm a team for your arrival window. Recurring customers are already on the calendar, so you only think about scheduling when something changes.
