What Rollingwood brings
Ranch land bought in 1904 by Condido Dellana, a State Capitol stonemason who financed the purchase by hauling bat guano out of caves on the property, turned residential after the Hatley brothers took 300 acres in 1946; incorporated in 1955 with 28 homes, the city counted 515 housing units inside its 0.7 square miles at the 2020 census.
