Notes from a
real clean.

The office cleaning checklist by frequency: what belongs in every visit, what rides a weekly rotation, and what a monthly detail pass covers — the same three-tier scope JAS puts in a written janitorial contract, plus what Miami humidity, salt air, and hurricane season change about the frequencies.

Eligible completed JAS visits include a CleanCheck Report. A walkthrough of the report sections — checklist, customer-safe before/after photos, cleaner notes, supply log — and why each exists.
