Car wash cleaning that keeps up with constant water and soap
Lobby glass, restrooms, and vacuum bays maintained between washes — cleaned before open or after the last car, so the customer side looks as good as the cars you send out.
The walkthrough is free and there is no payment at booking. The quote comes back in writing, usually within one business day.

The problems only you have.
A generic janitorial checklist misses exactly what makes your space hard. These are the things we bring to the walkthrough already understood, before you have to explain them.
Soap film and hard-water scale build on the viewing glass and lobby floors every single day — a quick squeegee pass at closing never keeps up.
Vacuum bays collect whatever customers pull out of their cars — wrappers, receipts, floor-mat grit — and one overflowing can makes the whole lot look neglected.
Customers pay you to make things clean, and they judge that promise in your restroom and waiting lounge, not inside the tunnel.
Tracked-in water keeps the lobby entrance wet and slippery all day; mats and floors need scheduled attention, not a mop parked in a corner.
Open seven days, early to late — there is no closed day to catch up, so cleaning has to land before open or after the last car.
The scope we actually quote.
This is the starting point for the written scope of work. We tune it with you on the walkthrough — lines get added, removed, and given a frequency before you approve a price.
You know what got done, without walking the floor.
Hiring cleaning for car washes is the easy part. The problem shows up in month six, when the vendor starts skipping things and nobody finds out until someone notices. Most contracts run on trust and a signature on a logsheet.
We answer it with evidence. On eligible completed visits we send a CleanCheck report: that visit’s task-list status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes. It lands in your inbox and stays in the history, so the next time someone asks, you have the answer.
The list, not a promise
The report shows the status of the tasks you approved in your scope of work — the same ones, visit after visit.
Customer-safe photos
Images of the work, not of people or paperwork: you can forward the report to a board or a tenant without editing anything.
A clear way to fix it
If something misses the standard, you point at that visit’s photo and we make it right — nobody has to rely on memory.

Written quote in one business day
You get a scope of work and a price in writing — the task list, the frequency of each task, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you approve it, and the price you approve is the price you pay.
Recurring service with photo reports
We hold the schedule set in your walkthrough. After eligible completed visits you get a CleanCheck report: that visit’s checklist status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes.
Billed after each visit
You are invoiced after each completed visit, not for a prepaid term. That is why there is no long-term lock-in here — we earn the contract every visit.
We do not publish a price table for car washes: the number comes out of the walkthrough and arrives in writing, usually within one business day. That same scope of work is the starting point for a janitorial contract.
What gets asked before signing.
Do you clean the wash tunnel or the vacuum equipment?
No — the tunnel, brushes, dryers, water-reclaim system, and the vacuum motors and separators stay with your equipment techs. We clean the customer side: lobby, viewing glass, restrooms, break room, and the vacuum bays themselves — litter, trash cans, and touchpoints, never the machines.
We are open every day — when would you actually clean?
Before open or after the last car, on a cadence set at the walkthrough — nightly for high-volume tunnels, two or three visits a week for smaller sites, with mid-day restroom touch-ups if you want them. Our line is answered every day, 24 hours, so schedule changes never wait.
How is a car wash quoted?
By a short walkthrough — lobby and glass footage, restroom count, number of vacuum stations, and cadence set the price. You get the quote in writing, a COI within 2 business hours of asking, and no payment at booking.
