What we do here.
7 services, each with its own detail page, published starting price, and list of what is included. The final price comes from your space: the square footage, the bathrooms, the frequency, and any extras you choose. Nothing is charged at booking — we invoice after each completed visit.
The standard clean, one-time or on a recurring cadence. JAS HomeCare plans save up to 15% when you plan at least 3 cleanings.
Baseboards, doors and frames, accessible fixtures, blinds, sills, switches, and cobweb removal. Appliance interiors and windows are priced separately.
Landlord-grade checklist coverage with a photo archive emailed as a PDF, for lease handoffs and deposit disputes.
Per-checkout linen reset, restock support, and a same-day photo audit to your dashboard.
Weekly and monthly maintenance for Miami workplaces, after-hours available, fragrance-free on request.
Nightly, weekly, or monthly building service on a written scope of work, with evening crews from 6pm to 10pm.
Renovation dust, debris, and final detail so the space can be shown or handed off. Reviewed quote before scheduling.

$2,000,000 general liability coverage · every cleaner background-checked. Certificate of insurance available on request — email bookings@jascleaning.com with your subject line “COI” and the entity name. Most certificates returned within 2 business hours.
After an eligible completed visit you get a CleanCheck report: a customer-safe photo set showing what was done, before you ever walk back in.
