A neighborhood we know.
Doral is one of Miami-Dade's newer planned suburbs — built up over recent decades around the golf resorts and the business and warehouse district near the airport, with a heavily Latin-American community. That shows up in the cleaning: a lot of relatively new townhomes and single-family homes inside HOA and master-planned communities, which usually means gate codes, callbox or guard check-in, and visitor-parking rules rather than street access. Our teams are bilingual EN/ES, so coordinating entry, HOA instructions, and what you want done is straightforward in either language. Newer construction also tends toward open layouts and tile floors, which we plan our time around.
Doral's mix of newer townhomes and single-family homes inside managed communities fits our recurring residential cleaning well — JAS-supplied, background-checked cleaners each visit, with team continuity when available, working around gate and HOA access. The newer-but-busy housing stock also makes a deep clean a good periodic reset for baseboards, inside cabinets, grout, and fixtures. With a strong rental and relocation market around the business district, our move-out cleans come with a CleanCheck photo report you can hand to a landlord or HOA.

A city built around where people work.
Doral incorporated in 2003 around a golf resort and the warehouse belt west of Miami International, and that is still its shape: one of Miami-Dade's densest concentrations of light-industrial and office space, ringed by gated townhome communities and the newer mid-rise blocks of Downtown Doral, with construction somewhere in view most years. Two things follow for cleaning. Housing this close to the airport, the Palmetto and an active build-out takes on more fine road and construction dust than a residential-only suburb, which is why window tracks, AC returns and screened patios here reload faster than the calendar suggests. And home and workplace often sit minutes apart, so both halves of what we do are relevant inside the same ZIP.
On the commercial side the constraint is rarely the cleaning — it is the building. Suites and warehouse offices through the Airport West corridor run on after-hours access: an alarm code issued to a named crew, a freight elevator or loading dock instead of the lobby, a badge or key that has to come back, and a landlord who wants a certificate of insurance before any of it. Our guide to after-hours building access sets out how that is normally arranged. The recurring version of the work — restrooms, floors, trash and break rooms on a written scope of work — is janitorial service rather than a single office clean, and the two are quoted differently. Doral is also home to one of the largest Venezuelan communities in the United States, so a scope-of-work conversation that has to happen in Spanish is the norm here rather than an accommodation.
