What we already know about your sector

The problems only you have.

A generic janitorial checklist misses exactly what makes your space hard. These are the things we bring to the walkthrough already understood, before you have to explain them.

Every janitorial dollar is a per-pupil dollar competing with a classroom aide — you need line-item pricing in writing you can defend at a board meeting, not a lump-sum monthly figure.

Nobody walks a charter campus unscreened — Jessica Lunsford Act vendor screening is the first question your operations office asks, and a vendor who treats it as a surprise never gets to the second one.

Enrollment season is decided on a walkthrough: a family touring in January reads your restrooms and hallway floors as a verdict on the academics before they ever meet a teacher.

Your cafeteria is also the multipurpose room — three lunch waves by day, then a parent night, an assembly, or a board meeting by evening, all before the doors open again at seven.

Flu season turns one classroom into thirty absence calls, and in a charter every absent seat is money — high-touch disinfection is an enrollment issue, not just a facilities one.

What’s included

The scope we actually quote.

This is the starting point for the written scope of work. We tune it with you on the walkthrough — lines get added, removed, and given a frequency before you approve a price.

How a commercial contract works →

Proof, not promises

You know what got done, without walking the floor.

Hiring cleaning for charter schools is the easy part. The problem shows up in month six, when the vendor starts skipping things and nobody finds out until someone notices. Most contracts run on trust and a signature on a logsheet.

We answer it with evidence. On eligible completed visits we send a CleanCheck report: that visit’s task-list status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes. It lands in your inbox and stays in the history, so the next time someone asks, you have the answer.

The list, not a promise

The report shows the status of the tasks you approved in your scope of work — the same ones, visit after visit.

Customer-safe photos

Images of the work, not of people or paperwork: you can forward the report to a board or a tenant without editing anything.

A clear way to fix it

If something misses the standard, you point at that visit’s photo and we make it right — nobody has to rely on memory.

How commercial works

Walkthrough to report.

01

Free walkthrough

Message us on WhatsApp, call, or text. We walk the space with you — square footage, layout, restrooms, floors, access rules, and the hours that work for your team.

02

Written quote in one business day

You get a scope of work and a price in writing — the task list, the frequency of each task, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you approve it, and the price you approve is the price you pay.

03

Recurring service with photo reports

We hold the schedule set in your walkthrough. After eligible completed visits you get a CleanCheck report: that visit’s checklist status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes.

04

Billed after each visit

You are invoiced after each completed visit, not for a prepaid term. That is why there is no long-term lock-in here — we earn the contract every visit.

We do not publish a price table for charter schools: the number comes out of the walkthrough and arrives in writing, usually within one business day. That same scope of work is the starting point for a janitorial contract.

Common questions

What gets asked before signing.

?

Can your crews meet our Jessica Lunsford Act screening requirement?

Yes — we treat it as the gate it is. Crews assigned to school campuses are background-checked, and at the walkthrough we take your operations office's screening and badging checklist as written and complete it before anyone is scheduled, with the documentation going into your vendor file. To be plain about it: we are not claiming an existing school contract or a district-issued credential — we meet your campus requirement, on your paperwork, before the first visit.

?

Do you clean the cafeteria kitchen?

We clean the dining side: tables, benches, floors, trash, and the outside of the serving line, plus the evening reset when the room becomes your multipurpose space. Food-contact surfaces and the prep line stay with your food-service operator under their own sanitation program — that boundary is written down at the walkthrough so neither side assumes the other has it.

?

How is a charter campus quoted, and can we start over the summer?

By walkthrough, priced line by line — classroom count, restroom count, cafeteria and multipurpose hours, and the daily cadence — so the number your board sees is broken out, not a lump sum. Summer is the easiest place to start: we do the deep clean inside your break window, finish before the August start, and the daily cadence picks up on day one. No payment at booking, a COI within 2 business hours of asking, and eligible completed visits close with CleanCheck photo proof.
