The problems only you have.
A generic janitorial checklist misses exactly what makes your space hard. These are the things we bring to the walkthrough already understood, before you have to explain them.
A patient who transfers between your offices should not be able to tell which one is which — but they can, and it is always the restroom or the waiting-room floor that gives it away.
Your assistants are chairside, not mopping between patients; the nightly reset has to leave every operatory ready for a 7am first appointment without anyone staying late to finish it.
The sterilization bay is the one room a janitorial crew must never touch — and it still needs floors and trash handled, on your schedule, without anything on the counters moving an inch.
You close on an acquisition and need that office cleaned, detailed, and photo-documented before it reopens under your brand — without starting a new vendor relationship in the middle of a transition.
A regional manager driving office to office to inspect a cleaning vendor's work is the real cost of having a different cleaner in every storefront.
The scope we actually quote.
This is the starting point for the written scope of work. We tune it with you on the walkthrough — lines get added, removed, and given a frequency before you approve a price.
You know what got done, without walking the floor.
Hiring cleaning for dental groups is the easy part. The problem shows up in month six, when the vendor starts skipping things and nobody finds out until someone notices. Most contracts run on trust and a signature on a logsheet.
We answer it with evidence. On eligible completed visits we send a CleanCheck report: that visit’s task-list status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes. It lands in your inbox and stays in the history, so the next time someone asks, you have the answer.
The list, not a promise
The report shows the status of the tasks you approved in your scope of work — the same ones, visit after visit.
Customer-safe photos
Images of the work, not of people or paperwork: you can forward the report to a board or a tenant without editing anything.
A clear way to fix it
If something misses the standard, you point at that visit’s photo and we make it right — nobody has to rely on memory.

Written quote in one business day
You get a scope of work and a price in writing — the task list, the frequency of each task, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you approve it, and the price you approve is the price you pay.
Recurring service with photo reports
We hold the schedule set in your walkthrough. After eligible completed visits you get a CleanCheck report: that visit’s checklist status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes.
Billed after each visit
You are invoiced after each completed visit, not for a prepaid term. That is why there is no long-term lock-in here — we earn the contract every visit.
We do not publish a price table for dental groups: the number comes out of the walkthrough and arrives in writing, usually within one business day. That same scope of work is the starting point for a janitorial contract.
What gets asked before signing.
Do you clean the sterilization area and handle instruments?
Never the instruments. Instrument processing and sterilization stay entirely with your clinical staff under each office's own protocol. What we do in that room is floors and trash, at the time the office tells us — counters, ultrasonics, autoclaves, and cassettes are off-limits, and every crew servicing your group is briefed on that boundary before a first visit. In the operatories we clean to the protocol the office gives us, not to a general idea of what a dental office needs.
How does a newly acquired office get added?
By a walkthrough and an addendum, not a new contract. We walk the office, note what differs from your group spec — the room count, the schedule the previous owner ran, whatever the buildout does oddly — and it joins the existing agreement at its own line on the same invoice. Groups usually pair that with an opening-day clean before the doors reopen under your brand, with CleanCheck photo proof so the regional manager sees the condition without driving over.
Our offices close at different times. Can crews work around that?
Yes — that is the normal shape of a multi-office group. One location finishes hygiene at 3pm, another runs evening appointments until 7, and a Saturday office needs a Sunday visit instead. Each office gets its own window on the group schedule, set at its walkthrough. We are answered every day, 24 hours, so a location running long can move that night's visit without going through the group office.
