What we already know about your sector

The problems only you have.

A generic janitorial checklist misses exactly what makes your space hard. These are the things we bring to the walkthrough already understood, before you have to explain them.

A marked-up plan set spread on a layout table is live work product — one well-meaning "tidy-up" can cost a project engineer a morning of re-staging sheets.

Plotters and wide-format printers collect paper dust, but the machines, loaded rolls and output trays can never be nudged, unplugged or "wiped down".

Surveying companies stage calibrated instruments — total stations, GPS rovers, tripods — by the door for early crew departures; nothing in that staging area can shift an inch overnight.

Soil cores and material samples in geotech and testing areas are labeled evidence behind someone’s report — the agreement has to be floors and trash only, and it has to hold.

Deadline weeks flip the calendar — engineering offices ahead of a submittal need the crew in later, or skipped that night, without renegotiating anything.

What’s included

The scope we actually quote.

This is the starting point for the written scope of work. We tune it with you on the walkthrough — lines get added, removed, and given a frequency before you approve a price.

Workstations and open studio areas: cleared surfaces wiped, trash and recycling — papers, drawings and monitors untouchedPlan tables and layout counters: floors and surroundings cleaned, drawing sets and models left exactly in placePlotter and print room: floors, trash and dusting around the machines — loaded rolls and output trays untouchedSurvey equipment staging and storage: floors swept and mopped with instruments, tripods and cases exactly where they standSample and materials areas: floor care and trash only, to the boundaries set at the walkthroughConference and client-presentation rooms: tables, glass and AV touchpoints ready for morning reviewsRestrooms and break room sanitized and restocked on every visitHigh-touch disinfection with EPA-registered products: door handles, switches and shared-area touchpoints

How a commercial contract works →

Proof, not promises

You know what got done, without walking the floor.

Hiring cleaning for engineering firms is the easy part. The problem shows up in month six, when the vendor starts skipping things and nobody finds out until someone notices. Most contracts run on trust and a signature on a logsheet.

We answer it with evidence. On eligible completed visits we send a CleanCheck report: that visit’s task-list status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes. It lands in your inbox and stays in the history, so the next time someone asks, you have the answer.

The list, not a promise

The report shows the status of the tasks you approved in your scope of work — the same ones, visit after visit.

Customer-safe photos

Images of the work, not of people or paperwork: you can forward the report to a board or a tenant without editing anything.

A clear way to fix it

If something misses the standard, you point at that visit’s photo and we make it right — nobody has to rely on memory.

How commercial works

Walkthrough to report.

01

Free walkthrough

Message us on WhatsApp, call, or text. We walk the space with you — square footage, layout, restrooms, floors, access rules, and the hours that work for your team.

02

Written quote in one business day

You get a scope of work and a price in writing — the task list, the frequency of each task, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you approve it, and the price you approve is the price you pay.

03

Recurring service with photo reports

We hold the schedule set in your walkthrough. After eligible completed visits you get a CleanCheck report: that visit’s checklist status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes.

04

Billed after each visit

You are invoiced after each completed visit, not for a prepaid term. That is why there is no long-term lock-in here — we earn the contract every visit.

We do not publish a price table for engineering firms: the number comes out of the walkthrough and arrives in writing, usually within one business day. That same scope of work is the starting point for a janitorial contract.

Common questions

What gets asked before signing.

?

Will your crew touch plan tables, samples or survey equipment?

No. During the walkthrough we flag every hands-off zone — plan tables and layout counters, plotter media and output trays, sample shelves, instrument staging — and clean the floors and surroundings only. Whatever your engineers left staged at night is exactly where they left it in the morning, with CleanCheck photo proof on eligible completed visits.

?

Can you work around deadline pushes and early field departures?

Yes. Most engineering offices choose evening service after the studio empties, and surveying crews that load out before dawn get a visit that finishes well before staging starts. When a submittal keeps the team late, one message moves that night’s visit — our line is answered every day, 24 hours.

?

How is an engineering firm quoted?

By a short walkthrough — square footage, workstation count, the plotter and sample areas we work around, restrooms, and cadence set the price. You get the quote in writing, a COI within 2 business hours of asking, and no payment at booking.
