Cleaning that holds up at every club you operate

Multi-unit operators run on brand-standard scores and member reviews that name the locker room — one written spec at every Miami-Dade location, low-traffic-window service for 24-hour formats, and timestamped photo proof you can file with the audit.

What we already know about your sector

The problems only you have.

A generic janitorial checklist misses exactly what makes your space hard. These are the things we bring to the walkthrough already understood, before you have to explain them.

The brand-standard audit arrives unannounced, and a locker room that scores badly costs you the number at that club plus the conversation with your area developer.

Member-retention surveys name cleanliness before equipment — one weak club drags the whole territory's scores and shows up in cancellations two months later.

24-hour access means there is no closed window — the cleaning has to happen at 2am with members on the floor, not after a lockup that never comes.

Each club carries its own P&L, so you need the same standard everywhere without renegotiating it club by club or letting one GM quietly buy a cheaper cleaner.

Shower grout, drains, and the rubber flooring under the free weights are where a club actually fails — and they are exactly what a crew running a 90-minute pass skips.

What’s included

The scope we actually quote.

This is the starting point for the written scope of work. We tune it with you on the walkthrough — lines get added, removed, and given a frequency before you approve a price.

How a commercial contract works →

Proof, not promises

You know what got done, without walking the floor.

Hiring cleaning for fitness franchises is the easy part. The problem shows up in month six, when the vendor starts skipping things and nobody finds out until someone notices. Most contracts run on trust and a signature on a logsheet.

We answer it with evidence. On eligible completed visits we send a CleanCheck report: that visit’s task-list status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes. It lands in your inbox and stays in the history, so the next time someone asks, you have the answer.

The list, not a promise

The report shows the status of the tasks you approved in your scope of work — the same ones, visit after visit.

Customer-safe photos

Images of the work, not of people or paperwork: you can forward the report to a board or a tenant without editing anything.

A clear way to fix it

If something misses the standard, you point at that visit’s photo and we make it right — nobody has to rely on memory.

How commercial works

Walkthrough to report.

01

Free walkthrough

Message us on WhatsApp, call, or text. We walk the space with you — square footage, layout, restrooms, floors, access rules, and the hours that work for your team.

02

Written quote in one business day

You get a scope of work and a price in writing — the task list, the frequency of each task, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you approve it, and the price you approve is the price you pay.

03

Recurring service with photo reports

We hold the schedule set in your walkthrough. After eligible completed visits you get a CleanCheck report: that visit’s checklist status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes.

04

Billed after each visit

You are invoiced after each completed visit, not for a prepaid term. That is why there is no long-term lock-in here — we earn the contract every visit.

We do not publish a price table for fitness franchises: the number comes out of the walkthrough and arrives in writing, usually within one business day. That same scope of work is the starting point for a janitorial contract.

Common questions

What gets asked before signing.

?

Do you touch the equipment, and can we use your photos in a brand-standard audit?

We wipe equipment exteriors — upholstery, handles, touchscreens, frames — with products your equipment vendor clears at the walkthrough. Belts, bearings, calibration, and any repair stay with that vendor, and we work around a machine that is tagged out. On the photos: CleanCheck documents our own completed visits at each club with a timestamp, which operators file as evidence of what was cleaned and when. It is our record of our work, not an endorsement or approval from your franchisor.

?

How do you clean a club that never closes?

In the low-traffic window your own door counts show — usually somewhere between 1am and 5am — and in sections. Locker rooms and showers get worked one side at a time with signage up, floors run in passes so there is always a path, and studios get done between the last evening class and the first morning one. Nothing on the schedule assumes an empty building, because at a 24-hour club it is never empty.

?

How does one agreement cover several clubs?

We walk each club once, write one spec for the group with per-club notes — square footage, shower count, turf, kids' club, whatever that location has — and bill it on one invoice with a line per club so each P&L stays readable. Pricing comes from those walkthroughs, never from a per-square-foot guess. Quote in writing, COI within 2 business hours, no payment at booking, and we are answered every day, 24 hours, when a club needs a same-day change.
