What we already know about your sector

The problems only you have.

A generic janitorial checklist misses exactly what makes your space hard. These are the things we bring to the walkthrough already understood, before you have to explain them.

A third-party auditor — SQF, BRCGS, or a customer's own team — walks your whole site, and a grimy break room or locker room undercuts the sanitation program your QA team runs on the line.

Allergen and cross-contamination control does not stop at the production floor: chemicals, mops, and cloths that wander between zones are exactly what your HACCP plan is written to prevent.

Food packaging plants and beverage bottling facilities run long shifts and tight changeovers — a janitorial crew that shows up mid-run is a liability, not a service.

Everyone who enters the plant lives under your GMP rules — hairnets, handwashing, sign-in logs — and most cleaning companies have never gowned up in their lives.

Off-the-shelf janitorial chemicals have no place near food production — anything that comes through your door has to be a food-grade product your QA team has approved, with the SDS on file.

What’s included

The scope we actually quote.

This is the starting point for the written scope of work. We tune it with you on the walkthrough — lines get added, removed, and given a frequency before you approve a price.

How a commercial contract works →

Proof, not promises

You know what got done, without walking the floor.

Hiring cleaning for food production facilities is the easy part. The problem shows up in month six, when the vendor starts skipping things and nobody finds out until someone notices. Most contracts run on trust and a signature on a logsheet.

We answer it with evidence. On eligible completed visits we send a CleanCheck report: that visit’s task-list status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes. It lands in your inbox and stays in the history, so the next time someone asks, you have the answer.

The list, not a promise

The report shows the status of the tasks you approved in your scope of work — the same ones, visit after visit.

Customer-safe photos

Images of the work, not of people or paperwork: you can forward the report to a board or a tenant without editing anything.

A clear way to fix it

If something misses the standard, you point at that visit’s photo and we make it right — nobody has to rely on memory.

How commercial works

Walkthrough to report.

01

Free walkthrough

Message us on WhatsApp, call, or text. We walk the space with you — square footage, layout, restrooms, floors, access rules, and the hours that work for your team.

02

Written quote in one business day

You get a scope of work and a price in writing — the task list, the frequency of each task, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you approve it, and the price you approve is the price you pay.

03

Recurring service with photo reports

We hold the schedule set in your walkthrough. After eligible completed visits you get a CleanCheck report: that visit’s checklist status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes.

04

Billed after each visit

You are invoiced after each completed visit, not for a prepaid term. That is why there is no long-term lock-in here — we earn the contract every visit.

We do not publish a price table for food production facilities: the number comes out of the walkthrough and arrives in writing, usually within one business day. That same scope of work is the starting point for a janitorial contract.

Common questions

What gets asked before signing.

?

Do you sanitize production lines or food-contact surfaces?

No — and a cleaning company that says yes should worry you. Line sanitation, CIP, and food-contact equipment stay with your in-plant sanitation team under your SSOPs and master sanitation schedule. We clean everything around it — offices, break rooms, locker rooms, restrooms, and non-production floors — so your team stays focused on the line.

?

Can you get us ready for a third-party audit?

We deep-clean the areas auditors walk but your sanitation team rarely has hours for — break rooms, locker rooms, restrooms, offices, and warehouse floors — on a schedule set before your audit window. CleanCheck photo proof on eligible completed visits gives your QA binder dated documentation, and a COI within 2 business hours covers the insurance line of a supplier questionnaire.

?

Do you clean food packaging plants and beverage bottling facilities?

Yes — packaging and bottling sites are quoted the same way as processing plants: a walkthrough maps your zones, your entry rules, and the non-production areas we cover, then sets a cadence around your shift pattern. The quote comes in writing, with no payment at booking, and our line is answered every day, 24 hours.
