What we already know about your sector

The problems only you have.

A generic janitorial checklist misses exactly what makes your space hard. These are the things we bring to the walkthrough already understood, before you have to explain them.

Your CO inspection date does not move, but every trade ahead of you slips — the final clean gets squeezed into whatever window is left.

Rough, final, and punch-list are three different cleans; a crew that shows up with one plan for all three costs you a failed owner walk.

No one steps on site without a COI naming your GC entity and the owner as additional insureds — and your super needs it before mobilization, not after.

Drywall and silica dust keep settling into window tracks, cabinet interiors, and mechanical closets long after the sweep-out — turnover-grade detail is its own trade.

Construction companies running several active sites end up juggling a different cleanup vendor per job — one more sub to chase on every schedule call.

What’s included

The scope we actually quote.

This is the starting point for the written scope of work. We tune it with you on the walkthrough — lines get added, removed, and given a frequency before you approve a price.

Rough clean between trades: sweep-out, light-debris pickup, and dust knock-down so the next trade starts cleanFinal clean to CO-inspection standard: floors scrubbed by surface type, fixtures, doors, frames, and ledges detailedGlass detail on windows, tracks, and frames — stickers, labels, and protective film removedCabinets, closets, and millwork cleaned inside and out ahead of the owner walkRestrooms, break areas, and mechanical rooms brought to turnover standardPunch-list touch-ups after the inspector or owner walk, scheduled against your listJobsite trailers and site offices cleaned on a recurring cadence for the life of the buildCrews sign in, wear the PPE your site requires, and take direction in English or Spanish

How a commercial contract works →

Proof, not promises

You know what got done, without walking the floor.

Hiring cleaning for general contractors is the easy part. The problem shows up in month six, when the vendor starts skipping things and nobody finds out until someone notices. Most contracts run on trust and a signature on a logsheet.

We answer it with evidence. On eligible completed visits we send a CleanCheck report: that visit’s task-list status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes. It lands in your inbox and stays in the history, so the next time someone asks, you have the answer.

The list, not a promise

The report shows the status of the tasks you approved in your scope of work — the same ones, visit after visit.

Customer-safe photos

Images of the work, not of people or paperwork: you can forward the report to a board or a tenant without editing anything.

A clear way to fix it

If something misses the standard, you point at that visit’s photo and we make it right — nobody has to rely on memory.

How commercial works

Walkthrough to report.

01

Free walkthrough

Message us on WhatsApp, call, or text. We walk the space with you — square footage, layout, restrooms, floors, access rules, and the hours that work for your team.

02

Written quote in one business day

You get a scope of work and a price in writing — the task list, the frequency of each task, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you approve it, and the price you approve is the price you pay.

03

Recurring service with photo reports

We hold the schedule set in your walkthrough. After eligible completed visits you get a CleanCheck report: that visit’s checklist status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes.

04

Billed after each visit

You are invoiced after each completed visit, not for a prepaid term. That is why there is no long-term lock-in here — we earn the contract every visit.

We do not publish a price table for general contractors: the number comes out of the walkthrough and arrives in writing, usually within one business day. That same scope of work is the starting point for a janitorial contract.

Common questions

What gets asked before signing.

?

Do you haul construction debris or handle abatement?

We do the cleaning: sweep-outs, dust removal, glass and fixture detail, and turnover-day polish. Heavy debris hauling and dumpster logistics stay with your site team, and asbestos, lead, or mold abatement stays with your licensed abatement contractor — we schedule our clean after their clearance, never in place of it.

?

Can you hit a CO inspection date on short notice?

Our line is answered every day, 24 hours, so a squeezed final clean does not wait for Monday. Walk us through the site — or send square footage, glass count, and the inspection date — and we sequence rough, final, and punch-list around your trades.

?

How is a post-construction clean quoted?

By walkthrough or plan takeoff: square footage, phase (rough, final, or punch), glass count, and floor types set the number. You get the quote in writing, a COI within 2 business hours with the additional insureds your contract requires, and no payment at booking.
