Oral surgery office cleaning that knows where the clinical line is

Your team turns the suite between sedation cases; we handle everything around it — reception to recovery bays, after hours — with the COI and documentation your landlord and inspectors actually ask for.

What we already know about your sector

The problems only you have.

A generic janitorial checklist misses exactly what makes your space hard. These are the things we bring to the walkthrough already understood, before you have to explain them.

Escorts and post-sedation patients spend real time in your waiting room and recovery area — a tired-looking facility reads as a safety question, not a housekeeping one.

Your surgical team owns suite turnover between sedation cases; what they need from a cleaning crew is everything around the suite handled — floors, corridors, recovery bays — without anyone crossing into it mid-schedule.

Biohazard handling has a hard legal line: red-bag waste and sharps belong to your licensed medical-waste hauler, and a janitorial crew that treats them like regular trash becomes an OSHA bloodborne-pathogens problem you inherit.

Florida office-surgery and anesthesia-permit inspections look at the whole facility, not just the operating room — corridors, restrooms, and storage tell on you first.

A vacuum running anywhere near an active sedation case is out of the question — cleaning has to fit entirely outside your surgical block.

What’s included

The scope we actually quote.

This is the starting point for the written scope of work. We tune it with you on the walkthrough — lines get added, removed, and given a frequency before you approve a price.

Reception, waiting area, and consult rooms: floors, glass, seating touchpoints, front-desk countersRecovery-bay floors and non-clinical surfaces, cleaned after your team finishes clinical turnoverSurgical-suite floors and cabinetry exteriors after hours — never mid-day case turnover, tables, lights, or instrumentsHigh-touch disinfection with EPA-registered products: handles, switches, rails, door platesRestrooms sanitized and restocked on every visit — escorts waiting out sedation cases use them hardRegular trash and recycling only: red-bag containers and sharps stay sealed for your licensed medical-waste haulerSterilization-area and lab floors — equipment and instrument processing stay untouchedEvening or early-morning scheduling built around your surgical block and sedation calendar

How a commercial contract works →

Proof, not promises

You know what got done, without walking the floor.

Hiring cleaning for oral surgery offices is the easy part. The problem shows up in month six, when the vendor starts skipping things and nobody finds out until someone notices. Most contracts run on trust and a signature on a logsheet.

We answer it with evidence. On eligible completed visits we send a CleanCheck report: that visit’s task-list status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes. It lands in your inbox and stays in the history, so the next time someone asks, you have the answer.

The list, not a promise

The report shows the status of the tasks you approved in your scope of work — the same ones, visit after visit.

Customer-safe photos

Images of the work, not of people or paperwork: you can forward the report to a board or a tenant without editing anything.

A clear way to fix it

If something misses the standard, you point at that visit’s photo and we make it right — nobody has to rely on memory.

How commercial works

Walkthrough to report.

01

Free walkthrough

Message us on WhatsApp, call, or text. We walk the space with you — square footage, layout, restrooms, floors, access rules, and the hours that work for your team.

02

Written quote in one business day

You get a scope of work and a price in writing — the task list, the frequency of each task, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you approve it, and the price you approve is the price you pay.

03

Recurring service with photo reports

We hold the schedule set in your walkthrough. After eligible completed visits you get a CleanCheck report: that visit’s checklist status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes.

04

Billed after each visit

You are invoiced after each completed visit, not for a prepaid term. That is why there is no long-term lock-in here — we earn the contract every visit.

We do not publish a price table for oral surgery offices: the number comes out of the walkthrough and arrives in writing, usually within one business day. That same scope of work is the starting point for a janitorial contract.

Common questions

What gets asked before signing.

?

Do you turn over the surgical suite between cases or handle biohazard waste?

No — and you want a vendor who says that plainly. Suite turnover between sedation cases is clinical work that stays with your surgical team, and regulated medical waste — red bags, sharps — stays sealed for your licensed medical-waste hauler. We clean the facility around both: suite floors and cabinetry exteriors after hours, recovery bays after clinical turnover, and everything from reception to restrooms.

?

Can you clean on surgery days?

Yes, but never near an active case — nothing runs while a patient is under sedation. Most practices choose an evening visit after the last recovery discharge, with the cadence set during the walkthrough; early mornings before the first case work too.

?

How is an oral surgery office quoted?

By a short walkthrough — suite and recovery-bay count, floor types, restrooms, and cadence set the price. You get the quote in writing, a COI within 2 business hours of asking, and no payment at booking. Our line is answered every day, 24 hours.
