Pharmaceutical facility cleaning for everything outside your classified space
Offices, lobbies, break rooms, restrooms, and non-classified warehouse — cleaned by a background-checked bilingual crew whose vendor file closes in hours, not weeks. GMP production, compounding, and controlled storage stay under your qualified program.
The walkthrough is free and there is no payment at booking. The quote comes back in writing, usually within one business day.

The problems only you have.
A generic janitorial checklist misses exactly what makes your space hard. These are the things we bring to the walkthrough already understood, before you have to explain them.
Nobody gets through your gate until the vendor file is complete — COI naming your entity at your insurance minimums, W-9, background attestations — and most cleaning companies need a week to produce a certificate you can read.
GMP-classified production, compounding suites, and controlled storage run under your own qualified cleaning program; a janitorial vendor that offers to clean them is telling you, in one sentence, that it does not understand your site.
An inspection is announced with hours of notice, and the investigator forms half an impression walking from your lobby to your conference room — long before anyone opens a batch record.
Break rooms, changing-area corridors, and the restrooms nearest the floor are where housekeeping slips show first, and they sit right on the route a visitor, an auditor, or a corporate quality team walks.
Doral and Medley distribution operations run receiving and pick shifts all day — cleaning has to fit around live dock activity without a crew ever touching, shifting, or opening a staged shipment.
The scope we actually quote.
This is the starting point for the written scope of work. We tune it with you on the walkthrough — lines get added, removed, and given a frequency before you approve a price.
You know what got done, without walking the floor.
Hiring cleaning for pharmaceutical facilities is the easy part. The problem shows up in month six, when the vendor starts skipping things and nobody finds out until someone notices. Most contracts run on trust and a signature on a logsheet.
We answer it with evidence. On eligible completed visits we send a CleanCheck report: that visit’s task-list status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes. It lands in your inbox and stays in the history, so the next time someone asks, you have the answer.
The list, not a promise
The report shows the status of the tasks you approved in your scope of work — the same ones, visit after visit.
Customer-safe photos
Images of the work, not of people or paperwork: you can forward the report to a board or a tenant without editing anything.
A clear way to fix it
If something misses the standard, you point at that visit’s photo and we make it right — nobody has to rely on memory.

Written quote in one business day
You get a scope of work and a price in writing — the task list, the frequency of each task, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you approve it, and the price you approve is the price you pay.
Recurring service with photo reports
We hold the schedule set in your walkthrough. After eligible completed visits you get a CleanCheck report: that visit’s checklist status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes.
Billed after each visit
You are invoiced after each completed visit, not for a prepaid term. That is why there is no long-term lock-in here — we earn the contract every visit.
We do not publish a price table for pharmaceutical facilities: the number comes out of the walkthrough and arrives in writing, usually within one business day. That same scope of work is the starting point for a janitorial contract.
What gets asked before signing.
Can you clean our GMP production or compounding areas?
No. GMP-classified production, compounding suites, and controlled storage stay under your site's own qualified cleaning program, with your validated agents, your documentation, and your trained personnel. JAS is a commercial janitorial company; we hold no GMP cleaning qualification and claim none. Our scope is the non-classified building — offices, lobby, conference rooms, break rooms, restrooms, corridors, and non-classified warehouse — and the boundary is written into the quote so there is never a question at 9pm about which door is ours.
How fast can you clear our vendor-qualification file?
The insurance side moves same-day: JAS carries $2M in general liability and issues a COI naming your entity within 2 business hours of the request, with a W-9 alongside it. Crews are background-checked and bilingual EN/ES, and you get a named roster rather than whoever is available, which is usually what your badge and site-access process actually needs. What we will not do is sign an attestation about a qualification we do not hold — if a line in your questionnaire asks for GMP cleaning qualification, the honest answer is no, and the work it covers is not in our scope anyway.
How is a pharmaceutical site quoted, and can you work around inspection weeks?
By a walkthrough of the non-classified areas only: office count, lobby and conference space, restrooms, break rooms, corridor footage, and non-classified warehouse square footage, plus the cadence each needs. Frequency can step up for an inspection window or a corporate audit and step back down after — set at the walkthrough, not renegotiated. Quote in writing, COI within 2 business hours, no payment at booking, and CleanCheck photo proof on eligible completed visits.
