Port facility cleaning for the offices inside the fence
Admin buildings, dispatch counters, driver lounges and crew restrooms at PortMiami that never really close — cleaned on a 24/7 cadence by background-checked crews who work escorted or through the port's own access process.
The walkthrough is free and there is no payment at booking. The quote comes back in writing, usually within one business day.

The problems only you have.
A generic janitorial checklist misses exactly what makes your space hard. These are the things we bring to the walkthrough already understood, before you have to explain them.
A port runs 24/7, so "after hours" does not exist: there is no empty building at nine at night, only a quieter shift — and cleaning has to be planned around gate hours instead of pretending everyone went home.
Driver lounges and dispatch counters absorb round-the-clock traffic — boots off a yard, coffee, paperwork, shift after shift — and the restroom in that lounge is the single loudest complaint you get.
Your admin building sits next to a working wharf: salt air, diesel film and yard dust ride in on every boot and vehicle, so entry matting, glass and floor care are a different problem than they are in an office tower downtown.
Every vendor, vehicle and crew member clears a secured perimeter — TWIC zones, escorts, gate passes — and a crew that arrives without the paperwork in order does not just wait at the gate, it burns your morning.
Before any of that, the port's vendor requirements and your own tenant lease want a current COI and named, background-checked people in the file — insurance paperwork is the first gate, not the last.
The scope we actually quote.
This is the starting point for the written scope of work. We tune it with you on the walkthrough — lines get added, removed, and given a frequency before you approve a price.
You know what got done, without walking the floor.
Hiring cleaning for port facilities is the easy part. The problem shows up in month six, when the vendor starts skipping things and nobody finds out until someone notices. Most contracts run on trust and a signature on a logsheet.
We answer it with evidence. On eligible completed visits we send a CleanCheck report: that visit’s task-list status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes. It lands in your inbox and stays in the history, so the next time someone asks, you have the answer.
The list, not a promise
The report shows the status of the tasks you approved in your scope of work — the same ones, visit after visit.
Customer-safe photos
Images of the work, not of people or paperwork: you can forward the report to a board or a tenant without editing anything.
A clear way to fix it
If something misses the standard, you point at that visit’s photo and we make it right — nobody has to rely on memory.

Written quote in one business day
You get a scope of work and a price in writing — the task list, the frequency of each task, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you approve it, and the price you approve is the price you pay.
Recurring service with photo reports
We hold the schedule set in your walkthrough. After eligible completed visits you get a CleanCheck report: that visit’s checklist status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes.
Billed after each visit
You are invoiced after each completed visit, not for a prepaid term. That is why there is no long-term lock-in here — we earn the contract every visit.
We do not publish a price table for port facilities: the number comes out of the walkthrough and arrives in writing, usually within one business day. That same scope of work is the starting point for a janitorial contract.
What gets asked before signing.
Do you clean the terminals, wharves or container yards?
No. This is administrative and common-area work: admin buildings, offices, dispatch counters, driver lounges, break rooms, locker rooms and restrooms. Operational cargo areas, wharves, container yards and secured zones stay under port access control and are not in scope — they carry equipment, hazards and access rules that belong to your operation, not a janitorial vendor. The boundary is written into the scope at the walkthrough.
How do your crews get through the gate and into a TWIC zone?
Through your process, not around it. TWIC, escorts and gate passes are the port's access rules and yours to administer: we supply a stable, named, background-checked crew list so the same people clear the gate every time, and we work escorted wherever the zone requires it. A COI reaches you, your landlord or the port within 2 business hours of the request — $2M insured, no payment at booking.
Can you clean a building that runs 24/7, and how is it quoted?
Yes — you pick the quiet shift instead of an empty one. The usual pattern is a main service pass in the lowest-traffic window with restroom and driver-lounge touch-ups on the shifts that matter, and the walkthrough sets it: square footage, headcount across shifts, restroom count and gate hours decide the price. It comes in writing, eligible completed visits carry CleanCheck photo proof, and our line is answered every day, 24 hours.
