Recording studio cleaning that never touches your signal chain
Control rooms, live rooms, and booths detailed overnight between sessions — gear and cabling stay exactly where your engineer left them.

The problems only you have.
A generic janitorial checklist misses exactly what makes your space hard. These are the things we bring to the walkthrough already understood, before you have to explain them.
Dust in a control room is never just cosmetic — it works into faders, vents, and patch points, and it shows in every photo a client takes of your desk.
Harsh cleaner smells hang for hours in the dead air of a booth — a vocalist notices last night's chemicals before the first take.
Sessions run past midnight and the calendar changes weekly — the cleaning crew has to fit the gaps between bookings, not a fixed evening slot.
Podcast studios turn rooms over between guest bookings — tabletops, seating, and glass have to read camera-ready without anyone touching a mic or a boom arm.
Taped-down cable runs and snake heads cross every floor — one careless vacuum pass can cost you a session.
The scope we actually quote.
This is the starting point for the written scope of work. We tune it with you on the walkthrough — lines get added, removed, and given a frequency before you approve a price.
You know what got done, without walking the floor.
Hiring cleaning for recording studios is the easy part. The problem shows up in month six, when the vendor starts skipping things and nobody finds out until someone notices. Most contracts run on trust and a signature on a logsheet.
We answer it with evidence. On eligible completed visits we send a CleanCheck report: that visit’s task-list status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes. It lands in your inbox and stays in the history, so the next time someone asks, you have the answer.
The list, not a promise
The report shows the status of the tasks you approved in your scope of work — the same ones, visit after visit.
Customer-safe photos
Images of the work, not of people or paperwork: you can forward the report to a board or a tenant without editing anything.
A clear way to fix it
If something misses the standard, you point at that visit’s photo and we make it right — nobody has to rely on memory.

Written quote in one business day
You get a scope of work and a price in writing — the task list, the frequency of each task, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you approve it, and the price you approve is the price you pay.
Recurring service with photo reports
We hold the schedule set in your walkthrough. After eligible completed visits you get a CleanCheck report: that visit’s checklist status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes.
Billed after each visit
You are invoiced after each completed visit, not for a prepaid term. That is why there is no long-term lock-in here — we earn the contract every visit.
We do not publish a price table for recording studios: the number comes out of the walkthrough and arrives in writing, usually within one business day. That same scope of work is the starting point for a janitorial contract.
What gets asked before signing.
Will you dust the console, outboard racks, or microphones?
We clean the facility and we stay off the signal chain. Floors, seating, panels, glass, and the surfaces around your desk get detailed; consoles, outboard, patchbays, mics, and headphones stay with your engineers, and we never move, unplug, or re-route a cable. If you want rack or desk exteriors dry-dusted, that rule gets set together at the walkthrough — your studio tech's call, not ours.
Can you clean between overnight sessions and podcast bookings?
Yes — we key the schedule to your booking calendar, not a fixed slot. Overnight access after the last session is the most common setup, and podcast studios often add short between-booking turnarounds for tabletops, seating, and glass. We answer every day, 24 hours, so a schedule change the night before is fine.
How is a recording studio quoted?
By a short walkthrough — room count, floor types, panel coverage, and cadence set the price, and that is where we map your no-touch zones together. You get the quote in writing, a COI within 2 business hours of asking, no payment at booking, and CleanCheck photo proof on eligible completed visits.
