One facility standard across every salon and spa you own

Multi-unit franchisees get the same written spec at every Miami-Dade location — hair, wax, and product residue off the baseboards, shampoo bowls descaled, treatment rooms cleaned around a full book, on an early-morning or overnight window.

What we already know about your sector

The problems only you have.

A generic janitorial checklist misses exactly what makes your space hard. These are the things we bring to the walkthrough already understood, before you have to explain them.

A brand inspector and a state-board inspector can both walk in unannounced, and facility cleanliness — floors, restrooms, the dispensary, the back bar — is the part of that visit you actually control.

Your stylists and estheticians sanitize their own implements and stations under their licenses; nobody's job description covers the back bar and the floors at 9pm after a fully booked Saturday.

Retail hours run nine to eight with back-to-back turnover — there is no midday window, so it is early morning or overnight or the cleaning does not happen.

Hair under the stations, wax on the baseboards, and hard-water spotting at the shampoo bowls are not a mop job, and they are the first three things a guest notices while their color processes.

Every location manager hires their own cleaner, and you find out the standard drifted when a Google review names the bathroom at one storefront.

What’s included

The scope we actually quote.

This is the starting point for the written scope of work. We tune it with you on the walkthrough — lines get added, removed, and given a frequency before you approve a price.

How a commercial contract works →

Proof, not promises

You know what got done, without walking the floor.

Hiring cleaning for salon & spa franchises is the easy part. The problem shows up in month six, when the vendor starts skipping things and nobody finds out until someone notices. Most contracts run on trust and a signature on a logsheet.

We answer it with evidence. On eligible completed visits we send a CleanCheck report: that visit’s task-list status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes. It lands in your inbox and stays in the history, so the next time someone asks, you have the answer.

The list, not a promise

The report shows the status of the tasks you approved in your scope of work — the same ones, visit after visit.

Customer-safe photos

Images of the work, not of people or paperwork: you can forward the report to a board or a tenant without editing anything.

A clear way to fix it

If something misses the standard, you point at that visit’s photo and we make it right — nobody has to rely on memory.

How commercial works

Walkthrough to report.

01

Free walkthrough

Message us on WhatsApp, call, or text. We walk the space with you — square footage, layout, restrooms, floors, access rules, and the hours that work for your team.

02

Written quote in one business day

You get a scope of work and a price in writing — the task list, the frequency of each task, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you approve it, and the price you approve is the price you pay.

03

Recurring service with photo reports

We hold the schedule set in your walkthrough. After eligible completed visits you get a CleanCheck report: that visit’s checklist status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes.

04

Billed after each visit

You are invoiced after each completed visit, not for a prepaid term. That is why there is no long-term lock-in here — we earn the contract every visit.

We do not publish a price table for salon & spa franchises: the number comes out of the walkthrough and arrives in writing, usually within one business day. That same scope of work is the starting point for a janitorial contract.

Common questions

What gets asked before signing.

?

Do you sanitize implements and stations between clients?

No — that stays with your licensed stylists, estheticians, and wax specialists under the rules their board sets for them, and it should. JAS cleans the facility: floors, restrooms, back bar, treatment-room surfaces, dispensary floors, retail and reception. DBPR and state-board sanitation language is your compliance world, not a JAS certification; we hold none and claim none. What we do is make sure the part of an inspection that is about the building is never the part that costs you.

?

We are open nine to eight. When can you clean?

Overnight after the last guest leaves, or early morning before the first appointment — most multi-unit operators split it, running overnight at the high-volume storefronts and early morning at the smaller ones. Treatment and waxing rooms are done in the window each location names, and the crew is briefed on which rooms a late appointment may still be in. We are answered every day, 24 hours, so a location that runs long can move that night without calling the group office first.

?

How does one agreement keep the standard the same at every location?

We walk each storefront once and write one spec for the group with per-location notes — station count, number of treatment rooms, whether there is a laundry, how the dispensary is laid out. Every location is billed on one invoice with its own line, and each gets CleanCheck photo proof on eligible completed visits, so you see the condition of a storefront without driving there. Pricing comes from those walkthroughs; the quote is in writing, the COI comes within 2 business hours, and there is no payment at booking.
