The same infection-control discipline at every hospital in your group
Your protocol, followed as written: the product, dilution, and dwell time your medical director specified, isolation zones that stay isolated, zone cleaning for 24-hour ER locations, and a lobby that does not smell like a kennel.
The walkthrough is free and there is no payment at booking. The quote comes back in writing, usually within one business day.

The problems only you have.
A generic janitorial checklist misses exactly what makes your space hard. These are the things we bring to the walkthrough already understood, before you have to explain them.
One hospital's lobby smells clean and another greets clients with kennel odor in the first five seconds — and the reviews only ever name the second one.
Parvo does not respect your org chart: a crew that carries one mop from an isolation ward out to the lobby has quietly undone the protocol your medical director wrote.
Your 24-hour emergency locations never close — there is no "after hours" to clean in, so the work has to happen in zones around live patients and a treatment floor that is always running.
Dwell time is the entire protocol and the first thing a vendor skips — disinfectant sprayed and wiped in twenty seconds leaves a wet surface, not a disinfected one, and nobody catches it until a case spreads.
Consolidation left you with a different cleaner at every hospital and no way, at the group level, to prove last night's closing clean actually happened.
The scope we actually quote.
This is the starting point for the written scope of work. We tune it with you on the walkthrough — lines get added, removed, and given a frequency before you approve a price.
You know what got done, without walking the floor.
Hiring cleaning for veterinary groups is the easy part. The problem shows up in month six, when the vendor starts skipping things and nobody finds out until someone notices. Most contracts run on trust and a signature on a logsheet.
We answer it with evidence. On eligible completed visits we send a CleanCheck report: that visit’s task-list status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes. It lands in your inbox and stays in the history, so the next time someone asks, you have the answer.
The list, not a promise
The report shows the status of the tasks you approved in your scope of work — the same ones, visit after visit.
Customer-safe photos
Images of the work, not of people or paperwork: you can forward the report to a board or a tenant without editing anything.
A clear way to fix it
If something misses the standard, you point at that visit’s photo and we make it right — nobody has to rely on memory.

Written quote in one business day
You get a scope of work and a price in writing — the task list, the frequency of each task, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you approve it, and the price you approve is the price you pay.
Recurring service with photo reports
We hold the schedule set in your walkthrough. After eligible completed visits you get a CleanCheck report: that visit’s checklist status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes.
Billed after each visit
You are invoiced after each completed visit, not for a prepaid term. That is why there is no long-term lock-in here — we earn the contract every visit.
We do not publish a price table for veterinary groups: the number comes out of the walkthrough and arrives in writing, usually within one business day. That same scope of work is the starting point for a janitorial contract.
What gets asked before signing.
Do your crews follow our infection-control protocol or their own?
Yours. At each hospital walkthrough we write down the protocol as your medical director set it — which disinfectant, at what dilution, with what contact time, in what order the zones are cleaned, and which equipment is dedicated to isolation and never leaves it. The crew works that document. We do not hold a veterinary certification and we do not claim one; what we bring is background-checked, bilingual crews who will follow your written spec, including the dwell time.
How do you clean a hospital that never closes?
In zones. A 24-hour ER gets a rotation instead of a closing clean: lobby and exam rooms in the quiet window your staff identifies, treatment floor and wards section by section around live patients, isolation last. The crew checks in with the overnight lead before starting and works whatever room is clear, then comes back for the rest. Nothing on the schedule assumes an empty building, because that assumption is what leaves a hospital half-cleaned.
What actually fixes lobby odor across the group?
Finding the source, not covering it. In practice it is grout and floor seams near the entry, the seams and undersides of waiting-room seating, the trash enclosure by the door, and the walk-off path from the runs to the lobby — all cleaned on a set frequency rather than when someone complains. We do not sell air freshener as a solution; a scented lobby that still smells underneath is the version clients write about. The frequency for each hospital is set at its walkthrough and shows up in the per-location photo proof.
