We do not publish a price table for wedding venues: the number comes out of the walkthrough and arrives in writing, usually within one business day. That same scope of work is the starting point for a janitorial contract.

Can you flip the venue overnight between two events?
Yes — that turnaround is the job. We schedule the crew for after your vendor breakdown, work the room overnight, and have it setup-ready by your morning call time. We are answered every day, 24 hours, so a Saturday-night schedule change reaches a person, not a voicemail.
Do you handle the caterer's kitchen, the rentals, or the linens?
We clean what belongs to the venue: ballroom, dance floor, restrooms, bridal suite, and the catering area's floors and counters once the caterer loads out. The caterer's own equipment, the rental company's tableware, and linens headed back to the linen service stay with those vendors — we will stack and stage what they left behind, not launder or transport it. Your event contracts will thank you for a cleaner who knows that line.
How is a wedding venue quoted?
By walkthrough — square footage, your event calendar, typical guest counts, and whether you want per-event resets or a standing weekly clean set the price. You get it in writing, a COI within 2 business hours for your vendor file, no payment at booking, and CleanCheck photo proof on eligible completed visits so your morning manager sees the room before walking in.
