What Hunts Point brings
Just 0.31 square miles of land at 49 feet above the water, wrapped by Lake Washington just north of the SR 520 bridge, Hunts Point holds roughly 180 single-family homes and 457 residents under what the town itself calls a sylvan urban forest. All that shade is the cleaning story: moss and algae on roofs, decks and walkways, north-facing sills damp for most of the year, cedar and alder pollen on the glass each spring, and wet grit tracked in from lakefront paths.
