Is this the same as post-construction cleaning?

No, and the difference matters at quoting time. This is recurring janitorial service INSIDE your site office or trailer, running for the life of the project. The turnover work — rough cleans between trades, the final clean to CO-inspection standard, and punch-list touch-ups — is our post-construction cleaning for general contractors, priced separately by phase. Plenty of GCs book both; they are simply two scopes on two schedules.

Will your crew clean the construction area or move debris?

No. On this scope our crews go from the gate to the office door and no further: the trailer, its restrooms, its break area, and its entry steps. Debris removal, sweep-outs in the work area, and anything past the office threshold belong either to your site team or to a separately scoped post-construction clean. We follow your orientation, badging, and PPE rules as your process, and we do not claim any safety certification of our own.

How is a site office quoted, and for how long?

By a short walkthrough at the trailer: square footage, headcount, restroom count, meeting cadence, and how many days a week you want us set the price — and the term is scoped to your project timeline so it ends when the trailer goes. You get the quote in writing, a COI within 2 business hours naming the additional insureds your contract requires, and no payment at booking.
