Convenience store cleaning that shows up in your audit score
Restrooms, entrance floors, and coffee-counter fronts held to the standard a mystery shop grades — on an overnight route that covers every store in your district at the same cadence.
The walkthrough is free and there is no payment at booking. The quote comes back in writing, usually within one business day.

The problems only you have.
A generic janitorial checklist misses exactly what makes your space hard. These are the things we bring to the walkthrough already understood, before you have to explain them.
The restroom is the make-or-break line on the store-condition audit, and it is the one thing a fuel customer remembers: a bad restroom sends him to the station on the next corner and he does not come back for the coffee either.
Audits and mystery shops land unannounced — a store that only gets cleaned hard the week you visit is a store that scores badly the other fifty-one weeks and you find out from the report.
Miami arterials put a gas-station convenience store on almost every mile, so foot traffic never stops — and every summer downpour tracks water, sand, and black grime from the forecourt across your entrance tile and into the grout.
A 24-hour format has no closing time: cleaning has to land in the 2am-to-5am low-traffic window and work around a live register, a running coffee bar, and the overnight clerk.
Your clerk is alone behind the counter — asking him to scrub the restroom between customers is how the register, the coffee, and the restroom all end up half-done.
The scope we actually quote.
This is the starting point for the written scope of work. We tune it with you on the walkthrough — lines get added, removed, and given a frequency before you approve a price.
You know what got done, without walking the floor.
Hiring cleaning for convenience stores is the easy part. The problem shows up in month six, when the vendor starts skipping things and nobody finds out until someone notices. Most contracts run on trust and a signature on a logsheet.
We answer it with evidence. On eligible completed visits we send a CleanCheck report: that visit’s task-list status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes. It lands in your inbox and stays in the history, so the next time someone asks, you have the answer.
The list, not a promise
The report shows the status of the tasks you approved in your scope of work — the same ones, visit after visit.
Customer-safe photos
Images of the work, not of people or paperwork: you can forward the report to a board or a tenant without editing anything.
A clear way to fix it
If something misses the standard, you point at that visit’s photo and we make it right — nobody has to rely on memory.

Written quote in one business day
You get a scope of work and a price in writing — the task list, the frequency of each task, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you approve it, and the price you approve is the price you pay.
Recurring service with photo reports
We hold the schedule set in your walkthrough. After eligible completed visits you get a CleanCheck report: that visit’s checklist status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes.
Billed after each visit
You are invoiced after each completed visit, not for a prepaid term. That is why there is no long-term lock-in here — we earn the contract every visit.
We do not publish a price table for convenience stores: the number comes out of the walkthrough and arrives in writing, usually within one business day. That same scope of work is the starting point for a janitorial contract.
What gets asked before signing.
Do you clean the pumps, fuel islands, and forecourt?
No. Fuel islands, pumps, nozzles, canopies, and forecourt equipment stay with your fuel-equipment vendor, who has the training and the environmental handling that work requires. We take the interior store — sales floor, coolers, checkout, back room — the restrooms, the entrance apron, and the fronts and floors of the food-service area. Roller grills, fryers, and anything food-contact stay with your staff under the store food-service permit.
Can you clean a 24-hour store without shutting anything down?
That is the normal pattern. Crews work the low-traffic window — usually somewhere between 2am and 5am — and the walkthrough fixes the order of operations so the register, the coffee bar, and the restroom are never all down at once: restroom first while the store is empty, floors in sections, entrance last. Bilingual EN/ES crews mean the overnight clerk can talk to them in either language, and our line is answered every day, 24 hours, when a store needs to move its window.
How is a multi-store convenience account quoted?
By walking two or three representative stores, not all of them: square footage, restroom count, whether there is a food-service counter, hours of operation, and how many stops the route has set the price. You get the quote in writing per store and for the route, a COI within 2 business hours of asking, no payment at booking, and CleanCheck photo proof on eligible completed visits so you can see the restroom condition without driving there at 4am.
