What we already know about your sector

The problems only you have.

A generic janitorial checklist misses exactly what makes your space hard. These are the things we bring to the walkthrough already understood, before you have to explain them.

Stem and leaf debris hits the floor all day — by closing, the design room is a slip hazard of trimmings, petals, and floral foam dust.

Dumped bucket and vase water sours fast in Miami heat — the bucket station and its floor drain need degreasing and deodorizing, not a quick mop.

Customers shop through your cooler glass — fingerprints and condensation haze cost sales the moment someone can't see the roses.

Every arrangement that leaves the cooler drips a trail to the counter — the retail floor needs constant attention without shutting down your sales floor.

Valentine's and Mother's Day double your foot traffic and your mess in the same week — the shop needs overnight resets exactly when nobody on your team has an hour to spare.

What’s included

The scope we actually quote.

This is the starting point for the written scope of work. We tune it with you on the walkthrough — lines get added, removed, and given a frequency before you approve a price.

Design-room and workroom floors: stem, leaf, and petal trimmings swept and mopped, floral foam dust wiped from work surfacesBucket-station cleanup: sink, splash zones, and floor drains degreased and deodorized where processing water gets dumpedCooler glass, doors, and handles polished inside and out — your flowers, buckets, and arrangements stay untouchedRetail floor and displays: floors, counters, card and ribbon racks dusted, entry glass cleanedHigh-touch disinfection with EPA-registered products: door handles, POS counter, phones, workroom switchesRestrooms and break area sanitized and restocked on every visitTrash and bagged green waste out to your bins, liners replacedHoliday-surge overnight cleans reserved ahead of Valentine's and Mother's Day weeks

How a commercial contract works →

Proof, not promises

You know what got done, without walking the floor.

Hiring cleaning for florists is the easy part. The problem shows up in month six, when the vendor starts skipping things and nobody finds out until someone notices. Most contracts run on trust and a signature on a logsheet.

We answer it with evidence. On eligible completed visits we send a CleanCheck report: that visit’s task-list status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes. It lands in your inbox and stays in the history, so the next time someone asks, you have the answer.

The list, not a promise

The report shows the status of the tasks you approved in your scope of work — the same ones, visit after visit.

Customer-safe photos

Images of the work, not of people or paperwork: you can forward the report to a board or a tenant without editing anything.

A clear way to fix it

If something misses the standard, you point at that visit’s photo and we make it right — nobody has to rely on memory.

How commercial works

Walkthrough to report.

01

Free walkthrough

Message us on WhatsApp, call, or text. We walk the space with you — square footage, layout, restrooms, floors, access rules, and the hours that work for your team.

02

Written quote in one business day

You get a scope of work and a price in writing — the task list, the frequency of each task, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you approve it, and the price you approve is the price you pay.

03

Recurring service with photo reports

We hold the schedule set in your walkthrough. After eligible completed visits you get a CleanCheck report: that visit’s checklist status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes.

04

Billed after each visit

You are invoiced after each completed visit, not for a prepaid term. That is why there is no long-term lock-in here — we earn the contract every visit.

We do not publish a price table for florists: the number comes out of the walkthrough and arrives in writing, usually within one business day. That same scope of work is the starting point for a janitorial contract.

Common questions

What gets asked before signing.

?

Do you clean the flower buckets or the inside of the coolers?

We clean the facility: cooler glass, doors, handles, and floors, plus the bucket-station sink, splash zones, and drains. Bucket and vase sanitizing that touches flower hydration stays with your floral team, and refrigeration equipment stays with your refrigeration tech — we work around your product and never move an arrangement.

?

Can you do overnight cleans during Valentine's week?

Yes — holiday-surge overnight cleans are why many florists call us. We reserve extra overnight visits ahead of Valentine's and Mother's Day so the shop opens reset on your biggest sales days. Lock in the surge dates at the walkthrough; our line is answered every day, 24 hours.

?

How is a flower shop quoted?

By a short walkthrough — retail floor size, workroom and bucket station, cooler count, and cadence set the price. You get the quote in writing, a COI within 2 business hours of asking, and no payment at booking.
