What we already know about your sector

The problems only you have.

A generic janitorial checklist misses exactly what makes your space hard. These are the things we bring to the walkthrough already understood, before you have to explain them.

A cohort leaves at noon and the next one is seated at one — catering breakdown, seat resets to the room diagram, and AV wipe-downs all have to fit inside that single hour.

Every attendee touches the same table mic, the same remote, and the same touch panel — shared AV is the highest-traffic surface in the room and the one most cleaning crews are told to stay away from.

Catering turns a normal office kitchen into banquet volume for a day — boxed lunches, coffee rings on the credenza, and a trash load no office cadence was ever sized for.

Every attendee is a guest of the brand, often flown into the airport corridor from Bogotá or São Paulo for two days — the restroom and the coffee station are the parts of your facility they will remember.

Your calendar swings from five booked rooms a day to a dark week, so a flat office cadence overpays through the quiet stretch and runs short in the full one.

What’s included

The scope we actually quote.

This is the starting point for the written scope of work. We tune it with you on the walkthrough — lines get added, removed, and given a frequency before you approve a price.

Classroom and breakout-room turnovers between cohorts: tables wiped, seating reset to the room diagram, floors vacuumed and trash pulledAV and touch-surface hygiene: table mics, remotes, touch panels, podium tops, and monitor frames wiped with screen-safe product — cabling, settings, and room presets left exactly as your AV team set themWhiteboards and glass boards cleaned, markers and erasers restocked from your own supplyCatering-adjacent break areas and coffee stations: counters, credenzas, appliance exteriors, and trash and recycling pulled at banquet volume on full daysRestrooms sanitized and restocked with a mid-day pass as well as a nightly one on high-utilization daysReception, lounge, and corridor presentation — the first impression for an attendee who got on a plane for thisHigh-touch disinfection: door handles, light and shade switches, elevator lobby buttons, and stair railsSchedule built off your utilization calendar — heavier during full cohort weeks, lighter on dark ones, set at the walkthrough instead of renegotiated each month

How a commercial contract works →

Proof, not promises

You know what got done, without walking the floor.

Hiring cleaning for corporate training centers is the easy part. The problem shows up in month six, when the vendor starts skipping things and nobody finds out until someone notices. Most contracts run on trust and a signature on a logsheet.

We answer it with evidence. On eligible completed visits we send a CleanCheck report: that visit’s task-list status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes. It lands in your inbox and stays in the history, so the next time someone asks, you have the answer.

The list, not a promise

The report shows the status of the tasks you approved in your scope of work — the same ones, visit after visit.

Customer-safe photos

Images of the work, not of people or paperwork: you can forward the report to a board or a tenant without editing anything.

A clear way to fix it

If something misses the standard, you point at that visit’s photo and we make it right — nobody has to rely on memory.

How commercial works

Walkthrough to report.

01

Free walkthrough

Message us on WhatsApp, call, or text. We walk the space with you — square footage, layout, restrooms, floors, access rules, and the hours that work for your team.

02

Written quote in one business day

You get a scope of work and a price in writing — the task list, the frequency of each task, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you approve it, and the price you approve is the price you pay.

03

Recurring service with photo reports

We hold the schedule set in your walkthrough. After eligible completed visits you get a CleanCheck report: that visit’s checklist status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes.

04

Billed after each visit

You are invoiced after each completed visit, not for a prepaid term. That is why there is no long-term lock-in here — we earn the contract every visit.

We do not publish a price table for corporate training centers: the number comes out of the walkthrough and arrives in writing, usually within one business day. That same scope of work is the starting point for a janitorial contract.

Common questions

What gets asked before signing.

?

Can you clean between sessions instead of only overnight?

Yes — that is the pattern a training center runs best on. A crew works the turnover window between cohorts (tables, seating, trash, restroom pass) and a nightly visit does the deeper work: floors, glass, break rooms, and full restroom service. Send us your utilization calendar and we build the pattern around it, and our line is answered every day, 24 hours, when a session gets added late.

?

Will your crew touch our AV equipment?

Only the surfaces people touch, and only with screen-safe product: table mics, remotes, touch panels, podium tops, monitor frames. Nothing is unplugged, moved, re-cabled, or adjusted, and room presets are never changed — that belongs to your AV team. If a specific room has equipment you would rather we skip entirely, we mark it at the walkthrough and the crew works around it.

?

How is a training center quoted?

By a walkthrough during a normal training day, if you can arrange it: number of classrooms and seats, how many turnovers a day you run, whether catering is in-house or brought in, restroom count, and your typical utilization pattern set the price. You get the quote in writing, a COI within 2 business hours, and no payment at booking.
