Cruise line office cleaning that holds your brand standard shoreside

From the flagship lobby to the fleet operations floor, badged night crews keep your PortMiami and Doral campuses guest-ready — with the paperwork your security office asks for before anyone gets past the turnstile.

What we already know about your sector

The problems only you have.

A generic janitorial checklist misses exactly what makes your space hard. These are the things we bring to the walkthrough already understood, before you have to explain them.

Travel advisors, media, and investors walk your lobby before they ever board a ship — dull stone floors and smudged glass undercut a brand built on spotless staterooms.

Vendor access is a security process, not a handshake — offices near PortMiami and Doral campuses require badging, background checks, and escort rules your cleaning crew has to clear and then follow every night.

Fleet operations desks watch ships at sea around the clock — there is no office-closed window, so cleaning has to work quietly around live consoles and an active watch.

Executive floors host itinerary launches and investor meetings on short notice; a boardroom that is not presentation-ready gets noticed at the very top of the company.

Every reissued vendor badge is another security request — a cleaning roster that rotates strangers through your building creates work your security office resents.

What’s included

The scope we actually quote.

This is the starting point for the written scope of work. We tune it with you on the walkthrough — lines get added, removed, and given a frequency before you approve a price.

How a commercial contract works →

Proof, not promises

You know what got done, without walking the floor.

Hiring cleaning for cruise line offices is the easy part. The problem shows up in month six, when the vendor starts skipping things and nobody finds out until someone notices. Most contracts run on trust and a signature on a logsheet.

We answer it with evidence. On eligible completed visits we send a CleanCheck report: that visit’s task-list status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes. It lands in your inbox and stays in the history, so the next time someone asks, you have the answer.

The list, not a promise

The report shows the status of the tasks you approved in your scope of work — the same ones, visit after visit.

Customer-safe photos

Images of the work, not of people or paperwork: you can forward the report to a board or a tenant without editing anything.

A clear way to fix it

If something misses the standard, you point at that visit’s photo and we make it right — nobody has to rely on memory.

How commercial works

Walkthrough to report.

01

Free walkthrough

Message us on WhatsApp, call, or text. We walk the space with you — square footage, layout, restrooms, floors, access rules, and the hours that work for your team.

02

Written quote in one business day

You get a scope of work and a price in writing — the task list, the frequency of each task, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you approve it, and the price you approve is the price you pay.

03

Recurring service with photo reports

We hold the schedule set in your walkthrough. After eligible completed visits you get a CleanCheck report: that visit’s checklist status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes.

04

Billed after each visit

You are invoiced after each completed visit, not for a prepaid term. That is why there is no long-term lock-in here — we earn the contract every visit.

We do not publish a price table for cruise line offices: the number comes out of the walkthrough and arrives in writing, usually within one business day. That same scope of work is the starting point for a janitorial contract.

Common questions

What gets asked before signing.

?

Do you clean ships or cruise terminals?

No — our lane is your shoreside offices. Shipboard housekeeping stays with your onboard hotel operations team, and terminal cleaning belongs to the port and its own contractors. We keep the corporate campus — lobbies, office floors, executive suites, operations centers — at the standard your brand promises at sea.

?

Can your crews clear our badging and background-check requirements?

Yes. We staff a stable, named roster so badges get issued once instead of every month, complete your background-check and credentialing process, and follow escort rules where they apply. Crews are bilingual EN/ES, we carry $2M in insurance, and a COI reaches your security or facilities office within 2 business hours of asking.

?

How is a cruise line office quoted?

By a walkthrough — floor count, lobby finishes, operations-center coverage, and cadence set the price. You get the quote in writing, no payment at booking, and we answer every day, 24 hours.
