Showroom cleaning that keeps every sample sell-ready

Stone, tile and fixture displays polished without residue on samples — because your customers buy with their hands, and yesterday’s fingerprints kill today’s sale.

What we already know about your sector

The problems only you have.

A generic janitorial checklist misses exactly what makes your space hard. These are the things we bring to the walkthrough already understood, before you have to explain them.

Customers run their hands over every quartz counter and tile board — fingerprints, dust in grout lines and cloudy polish residue break the “imagine it in your kitchen” moment.

The wrong product is an inventory loss, not a cleaning mistake: acidic cleaners etch marble samples, ammonia clouds brass, and abrasives scratch brushed-nickel finishes for good.

Flooring showrooms walk customers across the product itself — hardwood, LVP and tile display floors have to look freshly installed every morning, not scuffed by yesterday’s traffic.

Plumbing fixture showrooms run working faucet walls and wet vignettes — by Saturday close, chrome, glass and vessel sinks are covered in water spots.

Retail hours plus designer and trade appointments mean there is no quiet hour mid-day — cleaning has to land before open or after close.

What’s included

The scope we actually quote.

This is the starting point for the written scope of work. We tune it with you on the walkthrough — lines get added, removed, and given a frequency before you approve a price.

How a commercial contract works →

Proof, not promises

You know what got done, without walking the floor.

Hiring cleaning for kitchen and bath showrooms is the easy part. The problem shows up in month six, when the vendor starts skipping things and nobody finds out until someone notices. Most contracts run on trust and a signature on a logsheet.

We answer it with evidence. On eligible completed visits we send a CleanCheck report: that visit’s task-list status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes. It lands in your inbox and stays in the history, so the next time someone asks, you have the answer.

The list, not a promise

The report shows the status of the tasks you approved in your scope of work — the same ones, visit after visit.

Customer-safe photos

Images of the work, not of people or paperwork: you can forward the report to a board or a tenant without editing anything.

A clear way to fix it

If something misses the standard, you point at that visit’s photo and we make it right — nobody has to rely on memory.

How commercial works

Walkthrough to report.

01

Free walkthrough

Message us on WhatsApp, call, or text. We walk the space with you — square footage, layout, restrooms, floors, access rules, and the hours that work for your team.

02

Written quote in one business day

You get a scope of work and a price in writing — the task list, the frequency of each task, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you approve it, and the price you approve is the price you pay.

03

Recurring service with photo reports

We hold the schedule set in your walkthrough. After eligible completed visits you get a CleanCheck report: that visit’s checklist status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes.

04

Billed after each visit

You are invoiced after each completed visit, not for a prepaid term. That is why there is no long-term lock-in here — we earn the contract every visit.

We do not publish a price table for kitchen and bath showrooms: the number comes out of the walkthrough and arrives in writing, usually within one business day. That same scope of work is the starting point for a janitorial contract.

Common questions

What gets asked before signing.

?

Will your products damage our stone samples or fixture finishes?

We clean displays with pH-neutral, finish-appropriate products — no acids on marble, no ammonia on brass, no abrasives on brushed finishes — and we buff so nothing leaves residue on samples. Stone sealing, restoration honing, grout re-coloring and sample repair stay with your fabricator or vendor reps; we keep displays clean, they keep them serviced.

?

We’re a flooring showroom / plumbing fixture showroom, not full kitchen and bath — does this apply to us?

Yes — flooring showrooms and plumbing fixture showrooms are exactly who this service covers. Display floors get per-material care so the product underfoot looks new, sample racks get dusted rack by rack, and working faucet walls and wet vignettes get dried and polished so Monday doesn’t open on Saturday’s water spots.

?

How is a showroom quoted, and when would the crew come?

By a short walkthrough — square footage, display count and materials, restrooms, and cadence set the price. Most showrooms choose before-open or after-close visits around retail hours. You get the quote in writing, a COI within 2 business hours of asking, no payment at booking, and our line is answered every day, 24 hours.
