One cleaning standard across every site in your healthcare group
Multi-site healthcare groups, physician practice groups, and imaging-center groups cleaned to each location's own protocol — one written spec, a COI per site, and Miami-Dade and Broward locations on one contract.
The walkthrough is free and there is no payment at booking. The quote comes back in writing, usually within one business day.

The problems only you have.
A generic janitorial checklist misses exactly what makes your space hard. These are the things we bring to the walkthrough already understood, before you have to explain them.
Four acquisitions left you with four cleaning vendors — four standards, four invoices, and nobody who can tell you at 8am whether the Kendall site was actually cleaned last night.
Every landlord and every hospital-affiliated building wants its own certificate of insurance with its own additional insured — chasing one per vendor per site turns a new location into a week of paperwork.
Your infection-control protocol is not identical at every site — the imaging suite, the procedure room, and the front office each carry their own rules, and a crew trained on "medical offices" in general follows none of them.
An imaging suite is worth more than the buildout around it — a crew that sprays near a scanner, shifts a coil, or walks a steel mop bucket past the MRI line is a capital-equipment claim, not a cleaning complaint.
Putting Miami-Dade and Broward sites on one contract only helps if the vendor actually staffs both counties instead of subcontracting the far ones and hoping.
The scope we actually quote.
This is the starting point for the written scope of work. We tune it with you on the walkthrough — lines get added, removed, and given a frequency before you approve a price.
You know what got done, without walking the floor.
Hiring cleaning for healthcare groups is the easy part. The problem shows up in month six, when the vendor starts skipping things and nobody finds out until someone notices. Most contracts run on trust and a signature on a logsheet.
We answer it with evidence. On eligible completed visits we send a CleanCheck report: that visit’s task-list status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes. It lands in your inbox and stays in the history, so the next time someone asks, you have the answer.
The list, not a promise
The report shows the status of the tasks you approved in your scope of work — the same ones, visit after visit.
Customer-safe photos
Images of the work, not of people or paperwork: you can forward the report to a board or a tenant without editing anything.
A clear way to fix it
If something misses the standard, you point at that visit’s photo and we make it right — nobody has to rely on memory.

Written quote in one business day
You get a scope of work and a price in writing — the task list, the frequency of each task, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you approve it, and the price you approve is the price you pay.
Recurring service with photo reports
We hold the schedule set in your walkthrough. After eligible completed visits you get a CleanCheck report: that visit’s checklist status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes.
Billed after each visit
You are invoiced after each completed visit, not for a prepaid term. That is why there is no long-term lock-in here — we earn the contract every visit.
We do not publish a price table for healthcare groups: the number comes out of the walkthrough and arrives in writing, usually within one business day. That same scope of work is the starting point for a janitorial contract.
What gets asked before signing.
Do you do terminal cleaning, OR-grade work, or sterile processing?
No, and that boundary is deliberate. We clean patient-facing, office, and common areas to each site's protocol. Terminal cleaning, operating-room standards, and sterile-processing areas stay with your clinical staff under the group's own infection-control plan. Our crews are background-checked and briefed on the rules your administrator gives us at each walkthrough — we follow your protocol, we never claim to author it.
Our sites do not all follow the same protocol. How does that work?
We walk each location separately and write the differences down. The group gets one master spec — the standard you want everywhere — plus a per-site addendum capturing that site's rules: products it requires, rooms that are off-limits, the order the imaging suite is entered, who gets called when something is locked. The crew that services a site is briefed on that site's addendum, not on a generic medical checklist.
Can one contract cover Miami-Dade and Broward locations?
Yes — multi-county footprints are the normal shape of a consolidating group here. Pricing comes from a per-site walkthrough, so a 1,800-square-foot satellite is not billed like a 9,000-square-foot imaging-center group location; everything lands on one invoice with per-site lines. You get the quote in writing, a COI per location within 2 business hours, no payment at booking, and someone answering every day, 24 hours, when a site needs a same-day change.
