What we already know about your sector

The problems only you have.

A generic janitorial checklist misses exactly what makes your space hard. These are the things we bring to the walkthrough already understood, before you have to explain them.

The sort floor and the front office are two different cleaning jobs — one is concrete dust, stretch-wrap scraps, and pallet debris; the other is client-facing carpet and glass — and most vendors quote them as if they were one.

There is no "after hours" in a 24-hour operation — cleaning has to slot between dispatch waves and shift changes without slowing a single trailer.

Driver check-in lobbies and restrooms take nonstop traffic from your own crews plus every carrier's drivers — by mid-shift they look rough unless someone is on a touch-up cadence.

Shipping companies get judged on the housekeeping OSHA expects of walking and working surfaces: dust, loose banding, and shrink-wrap on the floor read like citations waiting to happen.

Courier companies run tighter depots where one entrance serves customers, riders, and parcel intake — grime shows fast and there is nowhere to hide it.

What’s included

The scope we actually quote.

This is the starting point for the written scope of work. We tune it with you on the walkthrough — lines get added, removed, and given a frequency before you approve a price.

Sort-floor sweeping and machine scrubbing on the lanes and aisles set at the walkthrough — staged freight and parcels stay untouchedDock entry and driver check-in areas: glass, floors, counters, and touchpoint disinfectionRestrooms sanitized and restocked on a cadence matched to shift volume, with mid-shift touch-ups where traffic demands itBreak rooms and locker areas turned over between shift changes: tables, counters, microwaves, trash and recyclingFront offices and dispatch rooms cleaned to office spec, not warehouse spec: desks, glass, floorsHigh-touch disinfection on time clocks, door handles, hand rails, and vending areasScheduling mapped to your wave plan — nightly, per-shift, or day-porter coverage set at the walkthrough

How a commercial contract works →

Proof, not promises

You know what got done, without walking the floor.

Hiring cleaning for logistics companies is the easy part. The problem shows up in month six, when the vendor starts skipping things and nobody finds out until someone notices. Most contracts run on trust and a signature on a logsheet.

We answer it with evidence. On eligible completed visits we send a CleanCheck report: that visit’s task-list status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes. It lands in your inbox and stays in the history, so the next time someone asks, you have the answer.

The list, not a promise

The report shows the status of the tasks you approved in your scope of work — the same ones, visit after visit.

Customer-safe photos

Images of the work, not of people or paperwork: you can forward the report to a board or a tenant without editing anything.

A clear way to fix it

If something misses the standard, you point at that visit’s photo and we make it right — nobody has to rely on memory.

How commercial works

Walkthrough to report.

01

Free walkthrough

Message us on WhatsApp, call, or text. We walk the space with you — square footage, layout, restrooms, floors, access rules, and the hours that work for your team.

02

Written quote in one business day

You get a scope of work and a price in writing — the task list, the frequency of each task, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you approve it, and the price you approve is the price you pay.

03

Recurring service with photo reports

We hold the schedule set in your walkthrough. After eligible completed visits you get a CleanCheck report: that visit’s checklist status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes.

04

Billed after each visit

You are invoiced after each completed visit, not for a prepaid term. That is why there is no long-term lock-in here — we earn the contract every visit.

We do not publish a price table for logistics companies: the number comes out of the walkthrough and arrives in writing, usually within one business day. That same scope of work is the starting point for a janitorial contract.

Common questions

What gets asked before signing.

?

Do you work around freight and equipment on the sort floor?

We clean the facility — floors, restrooms, offices, break rooms, and the sort-floor lanes agreed at the walkthrough. We never move, handle, or clean freight, parcels, conveyors, or material-handling equipment, and chemical or fuel spill response stays with your trained team under your own safety program. Everything your crew staged is exactly where they left it.

?

We run 24 hours — when would you actually clean?

Between waves. At the walkthrough we map your dispatch schedule and shift changes, then slot crews into the windows where the sort floor actually breathes — plus day-porter touch-ups for restrooms and driver areas if volume calls for it. Our line is answered every day, 24 hours, so a schedule change never waits for business hours.

?

How is a logistics facility quoted?

By a walkthrough that prices the sort floor and the office side separately — square footage on each, restroom count, shift volume, and cadence set the number. Shipping companies and courier companies get the same terms: the quote in writing, a COI within 2 business hours, and no payment at booking.
