Can you really cover all of our locations?

For sites within our South Florida service area, yes — each location gets its own short walkthrough, then all of them run on one written scope with one point of contact. If an address falls outside our coverage, we say so at the walkthrough stage, not after a missed visit.

Some of our locations have a kitchen or clinic — do you take over that specialized work?

We clean each facility to the same written scope: floors, restrooms, customer areas, and high-touch disinfection with EPA-registered products. A location's regulated core work — food-line sanitation in a kitchen franchise, clinical disinfection in a medical suite — stays with your team at that site, and franchisor or brand-standard inspections stay yours to run. Keeping that lane clear is what keeps the result consistent site to site.

Each site gets a short walkthrough — square footage, floor types, restrooms, and cadence — and the whole portfolio lands on one quote in writing and one consolidated monthly invoice with a line per location.
