Do you touch desks, paperwork, or computers?

We clean the facility around your work: desk surfaces get wiped where they’re clear, papers and client files stay exactly where your team left them, and we don’t touch screens, keyboards, or IT equipment. In a sales office, the deal paperwork on someone’s desk is theirs — the walkthrough marks any desks you’d rather we skip entirely.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. Small-suite service is flat-priced per visit at the walkthrough — most offices under 3,000 sq ft choose one or two visits a week, and you can change the cadence or stop without a minimum term. The quote comes in writing, with no payment at booking.

How do you get in if we’re gone by 6?

Most small offices hand us after-hours access — a key, fob, or door code plus the alarm steps, documented at the walkthrough. Your property manager gets our COI within 2 business hours of asking, and CleanCheck photo proof on eligible completed visits shows the suite was serviced even with nobody there. We answer every day, 24 hours, if a visit needs to move.
