What we already know about your sector

The problems only you have.

A generic janitorial checklist misses exactly what makes your space hard. These are the things we bring to the walkthrough already understood, before you have to explain them.

Nothing moves until the vendor file is complete: Miami-Dade County Public Schools, the nation's third-largest district, buys through registration and bids — a cleaning company without written line-item pricing, a W-9, and a current COI is not even eligible to be considered.

Anyone who steps on a campus goes through Jessica Lunsford Act screening first — screening is the gate, and a vendor who learns about it during the bid has already failed the interview.

The bell owns the building: dismissal, after-school programs, and evening athletics leave narrow windows, and a crew that shows up at three meets four hundred students in the hallway.

Summer is your only window for real floor, gym, and locker-room work — and it closes hard the week teachers report back in August.

When your campus is activated as a hurricane shelter, the gym, cafeteria, and restrooms take days of round-the-clock use, and the reset has to happen fast enough that students come back to a school, not to an evacuation site.

What’s included

The scope we actually quote.

This is the starting point for the written scope of work. We tune it with you on the walkthrough — lines get added, removed, and given a frequency before you approve a price.

How a commercial contract works →

Proof, not promises

You know what got done, without walking the floor.

Hiring cleaning for public schools is the easy part. The problem shows up in month six, when the vendor starts skipping things and nobody finds out until someone notices. Most contracts run on trust and a signature on a logsheet.

We answer it with evidence. On eligible completed visits we send a CleanCheck report: that visit’s task-list status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes. It lands in your inbox and stays in the history, so the next time someone asks, you have the answer.

The list, not a promise

The report shows the status of the tasks you approved in your scope of work — the same ones, visit after visit.

Customer-safe photos

Images of the work, not of people or paperwork: you can forward the report to a board or a tenant without editing anything.

A clear way to fix it

If something misses the standard, you point at that visit’s photo and we make it right — nobody has to rely on memory.

How commercial works

Walkthrough to report.

01

Free walkthrough

Message us on WhatsApp, call, or text. We walk the space with you — square footage, layout, restrooms, floors, access rules, and the hours that work for your team.

02

Written quote in one business day

You get a scope of work and a price in writing — the task list, the frequency of each task, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you approve it, and the price you approve is the price you pay.

03

Recurring service with photo reports

We hold the schedule set in your walkthrough. After eligible completed visits you get a CleanCheck report: that visit’s checklist status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes.

04

Billed after each visit

You are invoiced after each completed visit, not for a prepaid term. That is why there is no long-term lock-in here — we earn the contract every visit.

We do not publish a price table for public schools: the number comes out of the walkthrough and arrives in writing, usually within one business day. That same scope of work is the starting point for a janitorial contract.

Common questions

What gets asked before signing.

?

Are you already an approved district vendor?

No, and we would rather say so than let a bid packet imply it: we hold no current district contract and claim no approved-vendor status. What we bring is a company that is ready to be evaluated — line-item pricing in writing after the walkthrough, our W-9, a COI within 2 business hours of asking, $2M in coverage, and background-checked bilingual EN/ES crews. If your purchasing office runs a registration pathway or an open solicitation, that is exactly the door we come through.

?

How do you handle campus screening and access?

Crews assigned to school campuses are background-checked, and we complete your Jessica Lunsford Act screening and badging requirements on your paperwork before anyone is scheduled — with the documentation filed on your side, not just ours. On campus the crew signs in at the front office, wears whatever your school issues, and stays escorted wherever your rules require it. Student-records areas stay under school access control.

?

Can you do summer deep cleans and post-shelter resets?

Both, and they are quoted the same way. We walk the campus in spring, price the heavy work — floors, gym, locker rooms, cafeteria — in writing, and schedule it inside your break so it is finished before teachers report back. A post-shelter reset is the same crew on short notice: cots and debris cleared with your staff, gym and cafeteria floors brought back, restrooms sanitized and restocked. We answer every day, 24 hours, which is the only useful kind of phone number the week after a storm.
