The problems only you have.
A generic janitorial checklist misses exactly what makes your space hard. These are the things we bring to the walkthrough already understood, before you have to explain them.
Testing runs from the first appointment to the last, and a vacuum in the corridor during a licensure exam is an incident report, not an inconvenience.
The gap between one session and the next is measured in minutes — workstations, keyboards, headsets, and the seat itself all have to be reset before the next candidate is checked in.
Every testing network you deliver for hands you its own security rules about who enters an exam room, when, and under whose escort — and your name is on the site agreement for all of them.
Candidates arrive nervous — a nursing licensure exam, a language exam attached to an immigration file, an IT certification a job offer depends on — and a grubby waiting room raises the temperature before check-in even starts.
One workstation, one headset, and one pair of noise-reducing earmuffs pass from candidate to candidate all day; a sick week inside a testing room travels through your schedule fast.
The scope we actually quote.
This is the starting point for the written scope of work. We tune it with you on the walkthrough — lines get added, removed, and given a frequency before you approve a price.
You know what got done, without walking the floor.
Hiring cleaning for testing centers is the easy part. The problem shows up in month six, when the vendor starts skipping things and nobody finds out until someone notices. Most contracts run on trust and a signature on a logsheet.
We answer it with evidence. On eligible completed visits we send a CleanCheck report: that visit’s task-list status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes. It lands in your inbox and stays in the history, so the next time someone asks, you have the answer.
The list, not a promise
The report shows the status of the tasks you approved in your scope of work — the same ones, visit after visit.
Customer-safe photos
Images of the work, not of people or paperwork: you can forward the report to a board or a tenant without editing anything.
A clear way to fix it
If something misses the standard, you point at that visit’s photo and we make it right — nobody has to rely on memory.

Written quote in one business day
You get a scope of work and a price in writing — the task list, the frequency of each task, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you approve it, and the price you approve is the price you pay.
Recurring service with photo reports
We hold the schedule set in your walkthrough. After eligible completed visits you get a CleanCheck report: that visit’s checklist status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes.
Billed after each visit
You are invoiced after each completed visit, not for a prepaid term. That is why there is no long-term lock-in here — we earn the contract every visit.
We do not publish a price table for testing centers: the number comes out of the walkthrough and arrives in writing, usually within one business day. That same scope of work is the starting point for a janitorial contract.
What gets asked before signing.
Can you clean without interrupting proctoring?
That is the whole design of the schedule. Work lands outside proctoring hours — before the first appointment or after the last — or inside a gap your site administrator marks on the calendar, and nothing noisy happens near an active room. When your session calendar shifts, our line is answered every day, 24 hours, so the visit moves instead of colliding with an exam.
Who gets into the exam room, and are your crews vetted?
Our crews are background-checked, bilingual, and enter only where and when you say, escorted the way your testing network requires. Secure storage stays closed, test materials and scratch booklets are never handled or discarded by us, and anything that looks like exam content is left exactly where it is for your staff. Those network rules are yours to hold; we follow them as your process and claim no approval or vendor status with any testing network of our own.
How is a testing or certification center quoted?
By a short walkthrough of an exam center during a normal testing day: number of exam rooms and seats, daily session count, whether you want between-session resets or after-hours service only, and restroom count set the price. You get the quote in writing, a COI within 2 business hours, CleanCheck photo proof on eligible completed visits, and no payment at booking.
