Synagogue cleaning that runs on your calendar, not ours

Sanctuary, social hall, and kosher kitchen — finished before Friday candle-lighting, reset after every kiddush and simcha, and never crossing the lines your rabbi draws.

What we already know about your sector

The problems only you have.

A generic janitorial checklist misses exactly what makes your space hard. These are the things we bring to the walkthrough already understood, before you have to explain them.

The week ends Friday afternoon: sanctuary, social hall, and restrooms all have to be spotless before candle-lighting, because nobody cleans during Shabbat.

Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur multiply your attendance overnight; the sanctuary and overflow rooms need turnaround between services, not a weekly pass.

Your kosher kitchen has rules a general crew will break by accident — meat and dairy sides, designated sinks and tools — and one mistake becomes the rabbi's problem.

The social hall flips from Saturday kiddush to Sunday bar mitzvah to Monday Hebrew school — the same room, three states, no slack in between.

A crew inside your sanctuary has to know what it never touches: the ark, the Torah scrolls, and anything on the bimah that is not theirs to move.

What’s included

The scope we actually quote.

This is the starting point for the written scope of work. We tune it with you on the walkthrough — lines get added, removed, and given a frequency before you approve a price.

Sanctuary: seating rows, floors, and bimah-area floors — the ark, Torah scrolls, and ritual objects stay untouchedSocial-hall turnaround after kiddush, simchas, and rentals: floors, tables and chairs wiped down, trash and recycling outKosher kitchen cleaned to your rabbi's or mashgiach's written rules: meat and dairy sides kept separate, only the products and tools your supervision approvesPre-Shabbat Friday finishes and Saturday-night or Sunday resets, planned on the Jewish calendarHigh Holy Day surge plan: sanctuary and overflow rooms turned around between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur servicesRestrooms sanitized and restocked on every visit; lobby, coat area, and entry glass presentable for guestsClassrooms, Hebrew school rooms, and offices: surfaces, floors, and high-touch disinfection with EPA-registered products

How a commercial contract works →

Proof, not promises

You know what got done, without walking the floor.

Hiring cleaning for synagogues is the easy part. The problem shows up in month six, when the vendor starts skipping things and nobody finds out until someone notices. Most contracts run on trust and a signature on a logsheet.

We answer it with evidence. On eligible completed visits we send a CleanCheck report: that visit’s task-list status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes. It lands in your inbox and stays in the history, so the next time someone asks, you have the answer.

The list, not a promise

The report shows the status of the tasks you approved in your scope of work — the same ones, visit after visit.

Customer-safe photos

Images of the work, not of people or paperwork: you can forward the report to a board or a tenant without editing anything.

A clear way to fix it

If something misses the standard, you point at that visit’s photo and we make it right — nobody has to rely on memory.

How commercial works

Walkthrough to report.

01

Free walkthrough

Message us on WhatsApp, call, or text. We walk the space with you — square footage, layout, restrooms, floors, access rules, and the hours that work for your team.

02

Written quote in one business day

You get a scope of work and a price in writing — the task list, the frequency of each task, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you approve it, and the price you approve is the price you pay.

03

Recurring service with photo reports

We hold the schedule set in your walkthrough. After eligible completed visits you get a CleanCheck report: that visit’s checklist status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes.

04

Billed after each visit

You are invoiced after each completed visit, not for a prepaid term. That is why there is no long-term lock-in here — we earn the contract every visit.

We do not publish a price table for synagogues: the number comes out of the walkthrough and arrives in writing, usually within one business day. That same scope of work is the starting point for a janitorial contract.

Common questions

What gets asked before signing.

?

Can you clean our kosher kitchen?

Yes — under your rules, not ours. Your rabbi or mashgiach sets the protocol at the walkthrough: which side is meat and which is dairy, which sinks, tools, and products are permitted, and what only your own staff handles. We follow that protocol exactly and never make kashrut decisions — that authority stays with your supervision.

?

How do you schedule around Shabbat and the High Holy Days?

We build the cadence on your calendar: Friday visits finish before candle-lighting, Shabbat itself is untouchable, and resets run Saturday night or Sunday morning. For Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur we plan turnarounds between services in advance. Our line is answered every day, 24 hours, so when the calendar shifts there is always someone to call.

?

How is a synagogue quoted?

By a short walkthrough with your administrator or facilities chair — sanctuary seating, social-hall size, kitchen protocol, classrooms, and cadence set the price. You get the quote in writing, a COI within 2 business hours of asking, and no payment at booking. $2M insured, with CleanCheck photo proof on eligible completed visits.
