What we already know about your sector

The problems only you have.

A generic janitorial checklist misses exactly what makes your space hard. These are the things we bring to the walkthrough already understood, before you have to explain them.

A morning service and an afternoon visitation can share the same chapel — the room has to be reset in the gap with no trace of the earlier family: tissues, seating, floors, entry glass.

Grieving families notice everything and forgive nothing; a cart rolling past a visitation or a vacuum near an arrangement conference is a failure, so crews need a genuinely discreet daytime presence.

Your preparation room runs under OSHA bloodborne-pathogen protocol and your license faces Board inspection — you need a cleaning partner who knows exactly where facility cleaning ends and your licensed staff's work begins.

Funeral service facilities rarely stop at one building: cremation facilities and cemeteries' administrative buildings need the same standard, ideally under one contract and one COI.

What’s included

The scope we actually quote.

This is the starting point for the written scope of work. We tune it with you on the walkthrough — lines get added, removed, and given a frequency before you approve a price.

How a commercial contract works →

Proof, not promises

You know what got done, without walking the floor.

Hiring cleaning for funeral homes is the easy part. The problem shows up in month six, when the vendor starts skipping things and nobody finds out until someone notices. Most contracts run on trust and a signature on a logsheet.

We answer it with evidence. On eligible completed visits we send a CleanCheck report: that visit’s task-list status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes. It lands in your inbox and stays in the history, so the next time someone asks, you have the answer.

The list, not a promise

The report shows the status of the tasks you approved in your scope of work — the same ones, visit after visit.

Customer-safe photos

Images of the work, not of people or paperwork: you can forward the report to a board or a tenant without editing anything.

A clear way to fix it

If something misses the standard, you point at that visit’s photo and we make it right — nobody has to rely on memory.

How commercial works

Walkthrough to report.

01

Free walkthrough

Message us on WhatsApp, call, or text. We walk the space with you — square footage, layout, restrooms, floors, access rules, and the hours that work for your team.

02

Written quote in one business day

You get a scope of work and a price in writing — the task list, the frequency of each task, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you approve it, and the price you approve is the price you pay.

03

Recurring service with photo reports

We hold the schedule set in your walkthrough. After eligible completed visits you get a CleanCheck report: that visit’s checklist status, customer-safe photos, and the team’s notes.

04

Billed after each visit

You are invoiced after each completed visit, not for a prepaid term. That is why there is no long-term lock-in here — we earn the contract every visit.

We do not publish a price table for funeral homes: the number comes out of the walkthrough and arrives in writing, usually within one business day. That same scope of work is the starting point for a janitorial contract.

Common questions

What gets asked before signing.

?

Do you clean the preparation room?

We clean the facility side: preparation-area floors and non-work surfaces, on your schedule and per your posted protocol. Embalming tables, instruments, and any biohazard cleanup under OSHA bloodborne-pathogen rules stay with your licensed staff and their specialized providers — a boundary that keeps your next Board inspection uneventful.

?

Can you reset a chapel between two services on the same day?

That gap is exactly what we plan for. During the walkthrough we map your service calendar and typical turnaround windows; crews arrive quietly, work out of family sightlines, and have the chapel, restrooms, and lobby composed before the next family arrives.

?

Can one contract cover our chapel, crematory, and cemetery office?

Yes — funeral service facilities, cremation facilities, and cemeteries' administrative buildings can share one walkthrough, one written quote, and one COI, delivered within 2 business hours of asking. Answered every day, 24 hours, and no payment at booking.
