What Coppell brings
Coppell went from 1,728 residents in 1970 to 35,958 by 2000 — more than a twentyfold run in three decades, following DFW Airport's 1974 opening — so nearly the whole housing stock across its 14.41 square miles of land is 1980s and 1990s brick-and-frame construction on Dallas County blackland-prairie clay.
