Does the unit need to be empty?+
Empty is much better and usually cheaper, because nothing has to be worked around. We can clean around remaining boxes, but anything they cover is out of scope and we say so in writing rather than after.
Do you guarantee I get my deposit back?+
No, and nobody honestly can — a deposit also covers damage, unpaid rent and wear. What we can do is the cleaning standard a walkthrough is graded on, and hand you dated photo proof of the state we left it in.
How much notice do you need?+
Move-out dates cluster at the end of the month, so the last three days of a month book out first. Tell us your key-return date as soon as you have it, even if the time is not settled yet.
Is carpet shampooing included?+
No. Carpet extraction is a separate trade with separate equipment; we vacuum thoroughly and will tell you plainly if a carpet needs more than that before an inspection.
