A standard office scope
The starting scope below is written per floor, not copied across a building. Anything you add or remove appears on the sheet the crew works from, so "is it being done?" has an answer.
Who this is for
Small offices and suites
Under a floor, one or two restrooms, a break room. The most common shape and the fastest to scope.
Professional practices
Legal, dental, accounting and clinic front-of-house, where waiting rooms and restrooms are the whole first impression.
Growing teams
A weekly interval that used to be enough stops being enough. Re-scoping is a conversation, not a new contract.
What moves your price.
Office cleaning is quoted for the areas and tasks you authorize. Cleanable floor area, restroom and kitchenette count, floor materials, occupancy and frequency determine the work. A first visit with accumulated buildup may need a different scope from routine maintenance.
Include parking, loading access, elevator reservations, secure rooms and your desk-clearance policy in the request. State who supplies paper products and liners. Carpet extraction, floor restoration, high exterior glass and specialist clinical work are not assumed to be part of a routine office clean.
Every visit in Minneapolis & Hennepin County is fulfilled by insured, background-checked cleaners working a written checklist, and eligible completed visits include a CleanCheck report with customer-safe photo proof β so you can see the result before you are back in the room.
π Serving these areas across Minneapolis & Hennepin County
Plan access at your property.
For an office in Minneapolis & Hennepin County, confirm who can admit the team, the permitted cleaning window and any vendor check-in or elevator reservation. Mark secure rooms and desks that must remain untouched. Include parking or loading instructions in the request so the quote reflects the building as well as the office.
Questions, answered.
Do you clean after hours?+
Request an evening visit and share your occupied hours, alarm procedure and building access window. We confirm the actual appointment with you; a preferred time is not reserved until staffing and access are agreed.
How do you quote an office?+
Send the office address, cleanable floor area, restroom count, floor materials and requested frequency. A walkthrough or scoping call confirms the areas, access and first-visit condition. Your written quote separates the initial reset from recurring maintenance and identifies any additional tasks.
Is there a long-term contract?+
No long-term lock-in. Service is billed after each visit, which means we earn the next one β and it is also why the scope is written down where you can hold us to it.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?+
Yes β $2M general liability, with a COI issued to your building or management company within two business hours of the request. A W-9 is available on request as well.
